June 10, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):What an irony that it is a break-up that has helped "Pavitra Rishta' (Holy relation) bring joy to its makers? Zee TV and and Balaji Telefilms must be wondering why they didn't think of Archana-Manav's divorce before.

Last Monday's episode where Archana and Manav divorce each other, has clocked a staggering TVR of 7.6 making it the undisputed top show for the TAM week 23 (May 30-June 5).

its jus not bcoz archana and manav and also d script., pavitra rishta is d remake of tamil serial thirumati selvam .,pr b4 leap was same as dat of thirumati selvam.,even thirumati selvam fetched very good trp in tamilnadu ., datz y ekta bought it and even in north india it worked.,so v need script along vid actors 4 good trp😃


thirumati selvan doesnt had any leap., so cv's lost dey cant copy 4m thirumati selvam 😉😆
@ bold sorry my dear friend i m not agree with you. you can search so many tamil remake shows on TV. you can see that shows TRP was low. TS is tamil show & only Ekta took concept of that show & in old PR all characters had important like manav, archu, sulo, damodar, satish, ajit, rasika..etc. you said that TC was hit in Tamilnadu then PR also hit.. but agar same things happen every producer take Tamil/other religious show & remake in Hindi & earn money😆😆😆

And the inconsistencies in the myriad storylines is just the cherry on top of the disaster cake that is PR.

omg is it😆 after leap archu didnt ve dat vital role😉 even it fetched 3.8 w/o glimpse of archu.,

again and again am saying with quality actors like sushita v need quality script.,wen u lack d either one no one can save it 4m sinking.,

One day they show one thing. The very next day, we are supposed to forget what was setup and just accept what is being dished out that day. This is not a hostel or jailhouse that I am living in where I have to eat what is being served for the day. The meal has to have some substance for me to come back to daily!

Cvs and Ekta should know, we aren't prisoners that will eat whatever they will serve! It's highly unacceptable!

why suddenly blame on PuNir romance , after all story is too bad and lack . TRP people watch show for story not for romance , romance also confusing . and last week , i guess there was 4 episode aired and romance for may be 4 or 5 minutes , TRP decreased only for 5 minutes wow PuNIR so much effective , then if CVs bring a strong story along with romance then TRP will increase . otherwise TRP will not increase ever .
