i some how feel she is giving the baby for arjun as she might think this is the only way she can repay arjun for what all he did to her.. the same way she gave arjun for her aai she is giving her baby to arjun to repay him.. as she knows his happiness is only with his baby and if no baby then he cant be happy for ever..

i hope it happens so.. if she gave her baby for ovi then purvi i cant forgive u.. 😡😡
