Episode 17 –
Archana – So in this way Purvi is in coma and we lost Dishan.
Saying this Archana started crying. Manav and Arjun were also crying while Archana was telling Soham the truth. Soham while hearing the truth was getting more and more angrier and after Archana finished he couldn't control himself. He stood up and moved towards Purvi.
Soham (angrily) – How can you do this Purvi? How? Answer me. How can you just sleep like this for four years? How can you leave everything and everybody alone? Didn't you ever thought about us? Leave about us but atleast you should have thought about your husband Arjun who loves you the most and Arvi that small little child what has she done wrong that you are not waking up to give her the love of a mother……Please Purvi now stop it and wake up….Why due to that girl…that spoilt brat child……that Ovi you are spoiling your life my angel……(he broke down and started crying)…..Ovi once you come in front of me I am not going to spare you for doing this to my angel….my sister….
Arjun went towards Soham and consoled him. Soham controlled himself and went away and sat again with Archana and Manav. Arjun now was not able to control himself. He sat on the chair near Purvi, took her hand in his, keeping his forehead on her hand he just broke down and started crying aloud……
Archana, Manav and Soham hearing Arjun cry got up. Soham was advancing to console Arjun but Manav stopped him.
Manav – No Soham don't go…..Let him cry today….Let him bring out all his sorrows that he has hidden inside him in last four years. Actually he should have cried on the day when he heard about Purvi but at that time he was handed over with his biggest responsibility Arvi. He didn't got time to even cry for Dishan also because he had his daughter Arvi in his hand. I have seen him in last four years how he has tried to handled himself and also handled Arvi…..As Arvi was always around him he didn't got time to think about anything….But today let him cry his heart out so that his heart gets empty…..
Arjun was crying his heart out when he heard Arvi calling him.
Arvi – Papa….Papa….where are you…..papa….
Teju – Arvi, my gudiya papa is busy right now. I know you want to sleep na….i will make you sleep come….
Arvi – No Papa will only make me sleep….(saying this she started walking in search of Arjun)
Arjun stopped crying wiped his tears and started walking out of the room. Archana, Manav and Soham also followed him.
Outside Purvi's room –
Arvi was searching for Arjun when she collided with him. Arjun went down on his knees and was smiling seeing her.
Arjun – What happened to my doll…why is she shouting…
Arvi – Papa….where were you…I searched you in the whole house…..
Arjun – Doll I was in mumma's room.
Hearing Purvi's name Arvi got a bit frightened. This was noticed by Soham too.
Arvi – Papa you know na its time to sleep than also you went in mumma's room. You know na I don't sleep without you…..I get scared….
Arjun – Ok Baba I am sorry….(saying this he held his ears)…Papa will not do this mistake again….Achcha but before going let us say bye to everyone…..
Arvi – Bye…Bye Nanu, Nani, Teju Massi and Soham Mama…..
All said bye to Arvi and Arjun and were leaving for their house….
Arjun also held Arvi in his arms and walked towards her room to make her sleep.
While leaving the house –
Soham – Aai I saw one thing which is wandering in my mind.
Archana – What Soham?
Soham – Aai did you saw when Arjun took Purvi's name in front of Arvi she got afraid as if Arjun has taken the name of some ghost. Why?
Archana – Soham you are right. Arvi is afraid of Purvi and in last four years she only knows that her mother's name is Purvi and has heard about her but….but have never seen her…..she has never ever kept a foot in Purvi's room….Once when she was two years old, while playing she accidently went to Purvi's room at that time she saw her mother lying on bed with ventilators attached to her and she got so scared as if she has seen a ghost and from that time she is very scared to enter her room and Arjun is also not forcing her because he wants that Arvi sees her mother when she wishes not on insistence of anybody else.
Soham – Aai…this mean Arvi is so scared of Purvi's name too…..Ovi you have just ruined my angel's life and now you are ruining her daughter's life too…..God is this your justice where a daughter is scared of a mother and does not see her…..
Manav – Soham whatever happened we can't change it. But I have made one thing clear in house and I think you should also know it that nobody takes Ovi's name in the house and Ovi is dead for me. Remember this thing.
Hearing what Manav said Archana became a bit sad.
In Arvi's room –
As always Arjun in lying on bed and Arvi is sleeping on him. He is continuously patting her back so that she gets sleep.
Arjun – So what story does Arvi wants to hear today.
Arvi – Papa I want to hear that story again…..aaa…..the story of when I was born….
Arjun(Sighed) – Arvi I have told you that story more than 100 times now….Still you want to hear the same one….
Arvi – Yes papa please na….please I like hearing that story…..
Arjun(smilingly) – Ok baba…..i will tell you that story again….
Arvi – Thank you Papa….
Arjun – So one it happened that it was raining heavily in the night and suddenly mumma started crying.
Arvi – Why Papa….
Arjun – Because Arvi hit mumma's stomach so hard that we had to take her to the hospital.
Arvi – Then what happened there….
Arjun – Then after sometime a sweet princess was born. Nurse came out of mumma's room and handed that sweet princess to me. When the nurse handed my daughter I felt out of the world…I was so happy that I started crying….
Arvi – Papa if you were happy then why you cried…..
Arjun (laughed at her question) – Because they were tears of happiness which were converted into laughter when I saw my princess smiling at me.
Arvi hearing the story slept and tears rolled down from Arjun's eyes.
