First of all darling real world dont always involved spouses with children from first marriage..ppl chose to live their lives with step children and the children mother or father...yeah real world always have children spearated from their mother when the step mother comes into play...n u proud to say that the child only sees the mother on weekend...i always thought the kids bond more with their mothers than the fathers...I want to kno hypothetically speaking how real ur world would be if u and ur husband split n u only get to see ur son on weekend????n if u want to compare real life with purvi pregnant with her sister's husband ask urself whether she got pregnant for the sister's husband b4 or after he was married to the sister,then ull understand real life...

Read all the posts... and i am very glad that so many sensible posts came as a reply to mine. And thnx to all who appreciated my post. Some people agreed my POV and others gave their own.

The purpose of my post is to show that there is nothing wrong in Ovi's character rather its a gr8 complicated one and a more genuine one. And the actor that portrays Ovi also does a fab job (by the way whats her name :P).

I am not saying to like Ovi's character but do not bash also. Yes Arjun- Purvi are not together but instead of bashing Ovi's character for this, people here can appreciate the twist that created all this situation.

People here see Ovi's character as a negative one but it's not like that. It's more of an appreciable one than the bashing one. Although again its my POV 😊

I don't see how one relationship should me more favoured or 'legitimate' over the other, especially since both girls are occupying the same position of 'daughter'?
In my opinion it would have been more favourable if arjun and purvi would have married, reason being that all these problems between the three would never have happened. I agree that it's hard for ovi and the fact that she was in fact cheated on but she needs to mature up now. Which girl would want to be with a husband who claims to love another? It would have been easier for Ovi to come to terms with the situation and recover if not for arjun and purvi's tiresome love games. But now that she is married to Arjun it will be impossible for her to recover and Arjun will be responsible for her state now. Arjun and purvi clearly want to be with each other so why did they bring ovi into it? But my problem is Ovi's immaturity and now she's going to be a mother! Her outburst with the too over the top slap at her parents anniversery party just took the biscuit. Poor parents, having to go through another dilemma during a happy moment in thier lives that came after such a long time. Maybe Ovi should have taken Purvi outside and slapped her there. Really no thought of her parents happiness at that moment crossed her mind and the consequent argument between arjun and ovi really should have happened behind closed doors. Rather than the two airing their dirty laundry in front of the entire family including the gloating punni. What really was the point of Ovi shouting out about the fact that her and arjun do not sleep on the same bed? That is a discussion only a husband and wife should be having.

People have different opinions on this but in my opinion this is only acceptable if there is some form of physical and/or emotional attraction involved. Arjun is not attracted to Ovi hence why should she go against all odds? Say your taken and in love already, would it be okay for someone to get your love against all odds? You need to take care of your relations, something Arjun and Purvi couldn't do. Yes if Arjun decides that he is indeed physically and emotionally attracted to ovi then I'm all for her going against all odds.

Okay let's take Ovi out of the equation for a minutes..let's say she is some sort of demon BUT does that absolve what Arjun-Purvi are doing? Granted, Arjun is in love with Purvi so why did he marry Ovi? I don't know what marriage means to other people but for me it's the ultimate commitment. Once you are married, you are forging a bond between 2 people and God. If Arjun married Ovi, he should be fully commited or get divorces IF he were a man of morals. The thing is, Arjun is a coward and doesn't want to face the repurcussion of going against the D family. At the same time he's chasing Purvi down, I wouldn't think twice about having an extramarital affair if Purvi only gives him the nod. Now that makes him a imoral man in my books. We get that you are doing this out of "pyaar" but you have your comittment (marriage IS a commitment). Get divorced and face it like a man. No one forced him into it. I think Arjun is 95% responsible for the mess and his character sickens me. Ovi Purvi can do much better. Ovi would obviously go with the marriage as it's the man she loves. Purvi of course does not want to look bad in front of her new found family. The bottom line is, Ovi is not tying Arjun down, it's his own cowardice that is. He wants to have his cake and eat it too. he is weak as far as characters go.

amazing post...like evry1 keeps saying, ovi is always wrong not because she's really wrong, bt becoz she's OVI, not PURVI. simple fan logic, i guess. ovi WAS wrong, before when she put that stupid deal forth to purvi. now she's just normal. acting out like anybody, even PURVI, would. too bad ppl dont sympathize with the cheated, abandoned wife.

Everyone says that Purvi made a sacrifice for Ovi. But had Arjun-purvi got married, then no body would have said that Ovi sacrificed for them.

Arjun is a cheat...how can they play with ovis lifeee I hate purvi for making a dumb decision and making the life of three person worst ...
