Singularly good, (love that name by the way), I agree whole heartedly with your last paragraph. I didn't wish Ovi to be run over by a car, I must have missed that post.
As to what you say in your first paragraph, I have to agree only so far as to emotional cheating being as bad as physical cheating.
But let us define the meaning of the word, cheat. The dictionary says it means to defraud, to swindle, to deceive. Arjun did none of these. Ovi knew where his heart was, knew the guy was getting married that very day to the love of his life, she cared not a twit to where his emotions lay, why wake up to self righteousness now this late in the game? She walked into this trap she lay for him with eyes wide open, she knew the terms of the contract and willingly accepted them, so there is no cheating involved, she cannot renege on the terms, too late for that.
If Ovi really thought that marriage meant Arjun would suffer from amnesia regarding his past, I pity the poor girl. She couldn't forget him when he belonged to another but she expects him to? Also, why is her anger always aimed at Purvi? Why not at the so called "cheating" husband? Is it because she knows Purvi will take her ill tempered tantrums but not Arjun? Is she afraid that he has left her once and may leave her again? Clever girl but this time it came back to bite.
Yes, all three need to have their heads knocked and the parents need a rude shaking for letting all this transpire under their very noses, not even a slap on the wrist to any one of the children, two justifiably romancing in their new found love, the other cracking business deals in the nostalgic memory of his dead wife, who has time for these 3 idiots!! The last is what bemuses me beyond all else.
