Yayyy!!! Oh I love this guy, kitna charming hai ki dono Ronnie and Aditya ko pata liya! He is working in a yash raj film without signing a contract with YRF and has convinced UTV to let him do outside projects without breaking his contract with them!! Yayyy mera hero! <3

I for one, never wanted him to break off his contract with UTV.. in fact a contract is like a safety net for him that guarantees a certain number of good films! I'm so happy Sushant didn't have to break his contract with UTV and we can continue seeing him in more films from this production house- they're constantly coming up with new and innovative films!

And I'm also very happy for one more reason- the script of Manish Sharma's film! If Sushant felt compelled to go and directly request Ronnie to let him do the film, then it must really be a good script and role! Even Shahid had said that it was the best script he had heard since Jab We Met!

Yayyayy!! Good times ahead for us! :D

Sush has got this amazing talent to convince folks amicably.

He did it with Ekta and thus changed so many story tracks on Manav like marriage with Shravani,affair with Archu's friend etc and then made a informed choice of leaving the show at the right time and in a amicable fashion.

Now here once again having bound with a contract on UTV ,he was able to convince UTV folks to do movie with YRF and convince YRF folks to do movie with them without the three movie contract bound.

He is balancing UTV and YRF brilliantly in such a way that he keeps both the PH happy and they are behind him to sign more films with them.

Mark of a talented professional who knows the art of balancing.

Kudos to Sush 👏

Congrats to Sushant! He is definitely working his charm and the best part is that he's so humble and grounded. Ranveer Singh's flamboyance is already irritating the PHs, is it 🤣? I hope Sushant remains grounded even after he achieves mega success in Bollywood. Even with all the success and popularity of Manav during his PR days, Sushant was always a sweet and modest person, unlike other stars who quickly become arrogant and uppity with just a bit of popularity. Best of luck to Sushant in all his endeavors!

Exactly Nina his humbleness ,simplicity ,hard-work, perseverance and the art of convincing folks amicably is mark of a true talented person/professional.

He is going to go a long way and this is just a start. I am sure even after achieving big success in BW he is going to remain the same which is what makes him so special 😉.

I think his down to earth and humble attitude is definitely impressing these top producers , of course along with his talent and screen presence ..So much money is invested in these projects , the last thing they would want in a new comer is attitude ...

I am sure Sushant will impress both UTV and Yash raj with his professionalism , talent and good behaviour .He had a good teacher for 3 years called Manav Deshmukh 😆 .Remember how Sushant used to get Manav hangovers because he got so deep in his character . Sushant has even said many times that Manav has unfluenced him a lot ...\

Sushant used to do a lot of work for an organisation that used to help education to children who could not afford it .I hope after becoming a big Star he will keep helping them .Maybe it was their duas that are also helping him to achieve his dream of making it in Bollywood .

Tanya I read a little about his philanthropic work. I liked him so much more instantly. You don't hear of many TV stars doing that.

Jai & Tanya - Sushant's perseverance and hard work are getting him places. And Tanya you're absolutely right about producers not wanting someone with a bad attitude. In Bollywood nowadays, there are so many newbies that all hail from some sort of Bollywood elite stock. They have connections and they make it in movies, despite their lack of talent. The sense of entitlement some of them have won't make producers want to work with them. It's hard for a TV actor to try to establish himself/herself in Bollywood, but Sushant is proof that talent, hard work, and a charming personality will bear fruits. In fact from the new crop of actors, it seems Sushant is among the very few who are actually talented. The others are pretty bleh.
