I believe that it's because we use the term 'pavitra rishta' to describe Purvi and Arjun's relationship when it was originally created to describe Manav and Archana's relationship. As the show progressed, 'pavitra rishta' was used to describe mother-daughter relationships as well as father-daughter, mother-son, father-son, and other romantic relationships. I'm not really sure who says we're "copying", but they probably haven't realized that the show has progressed and there's more relationships in the show than Manav and Archana 😊
