I think they are trying to say

if purvi is going to fall in love "again" with sameer🤢 our arjun will come back in her life

ofcourse arjun will come back to purvi. arjun is purvi's first and last love and vice versa

I think Ekta is going to make us think that there will be a love story between Sameer and Purvi. I think Purvi wanting to move on will allow herself tot hink she loves him, but our Arjun might save the day... Idk why I feel as if Purvi is related to Rane like he is her elder brother or something

I think it CLEARLY means arjun is going to be back in her life. They won;t show Purvi "fall in love" with a new guy. The fact that they put this last line is is 100% guarantee that Arjun and Purvi wil re-unite through another dramatic twist. :)
