Manav could be shocked when Ovi tries to stop the wedding as she threatened? Archana's hurt expression could be for how low Ovi has stooped?
The promos are never the scenes in the actual show so may it really was to gauge the audiences reactions to that possible track? I know grasping at straws here but what can I do?
I am that hopeless romantic that will believe in true love conquering all until the last curtain call.
For me it will always and only be Arjun for Purvi and Purvi for Arjun - no other options will ever be entertained!

I too am leaning towards the thought that the bride is Purvi. Maybe bcos I want it to be her while both Arjun's expressions and the forehead in the sindoor scene doesn't look like it is Purvi.
Purvi's happiness at the beginning of the promo, her willingness to go through the makeup, the side profile of the face of the bride, seems that it could be Purvi.
Cannot conclude anything from this promo.
You brought out an excellent point for Manav's and Archana's expressions -
Ovi might have come it disrupt the wedding. Archana is shocked and in tears to how low Ovi can stoop to. Manav's expression is that of something he cannot comprehend.
This also might explain why Arjun is sombre looking. He is not too elated, bcos of what Ovi has tried to do. Since it is a serious situation, he is not looking too happy.
Archana's expression are a direct lift from Friday's episode and not something shot for this promo (Thanks for Naava for this information. From the saree it was anyway clear that it is from Friday's episode.)
In the actual episode maybe we will have another smearing of sindoor scene. In Archana-Manav's wedding it was Sulo who tried to stop Manav from putting the sindoor, but due to opposite force, the sindoor does fall on Archana's forehead. Maybe this time Ovi tries to stop and sindoor in the same style falls on Purvi's forehead.
