i m confused. in maharashtrian culture bride/groom is not allowed to go out after haldi ceremony (i.e. between haldi and actual wedding) so beautician come to their house to get them ready. and in promo they are showing purvi in parlour. how?

Ekta is taking liberties with customs? Yes, bride and groom are not allowed to go out especially on the day of the wedding.
