No. i don't think it is true life - yes we do get humiliated, downtrodden but there are times we also receive our comeuppence. It is true life according to the CVs or Ekta - i don't know much of her work but from i have read in the forums she tends to do such things - I suspect she does it on purpose to see how far she can push the viewers - and i suspect, she is enjoying the fun of seeing people like us go tooth and nail against each other... sigh... Enjoy Ekta Enjoy... one day, hopefully soon, you will do justice to the good...i think they deserve it...

Do u watch Crime Patrol on Sony? You will see even more horrible examples of evil people prosper while good people suffer and cry out for justice but nothing happens. That is India!

Google the case of Sonali Mukherjee of Dhanbad and you will see a big example of this!

Misogyny is rampant in India...these men hate women and even women hate their own gender...thats why these crimes take place and criminals escape without punishment.

I agree that is a special crime case but in real households in India, everyday, hapless bahus are tortured, humiliated, even burned! Little girls are ignored, bypassed and neglected while boys are pampered and spoiled. How many of these silent victims get justice?

Those are real life villains, the people who inflict pain and punishment on others and get away with it...and so are the spectators, the neighbours, relatives, police and legal system which lets these villains get away with all kinds of abuse, bullying, controlling, neglect and humiliation!

In every family, especially joint families, there are always certain unpleasant members who always try to control and bully others, to insult and humiliate them, to hurt them or damage their futures. Sometimes this goes on for years until one day the victim stands up for his/her own rights and fights back or sometimes situation changes and the victim triumphs over the abuser.

Maybe thats what they try to show in these serials.

But I agree with u, Ekta does love to push our buttons till we are ready to scream! 😆 Ive seen almost all her shows right from Kutumb days and she does torture the main characters, especially the heroine always suffers a lot, while the vamps and villains laugh ...

But remember the saying? The one who laughs LAST laughs Longest! 😆

To Sanayah: I don't think Ovi did not get any support - her sister Teju, her father Manav, her grandmother Savitha - even her mother ARchana - they were all there to support her - she was not left alone - but Ovi does not appreciate this - Ovi does not want to listen - Ovi is angry because her doll Arjun has been taken away - so now who is Ovi going to play with. Ovi always thought that Arjun will always be there for her even though Arjun never actually spoke to her of such things - Ovi took Arjun for granted - Ovi took Arjun's love for granted - Ovi refused to see that ARjun never actually cared for her - Ovi lived in her own dreamworld where everyone had to bow to her wishes.

Please do not misunderstand me, I do understand how Ovi feels - and I still think Arjun has not closed that chapter of his life properly. Arjun should speak Ovi herself but he will need to do it in the presence of the family (but not in the presence of Purvi) because Ovi is too unstable and may not accept what ARjun says. Arjun should tell her how her feels, Arjun should apologise to Ovi for hurting her. Arjun does care for her as a friend, as a good friend. Perhaps many have forgotten how Arjun did not want to hurt Ovi's feelings in the early stage - when viewers condemned Arjun for keeping PUrvi in the air!!!!! In fact, viewers asked Purvi to leave Arjun who they felt was not a gentleman as he is unable to break with Ovi and go to Purvi. But here you see, ARjun did care for Ovi as a brother, as a good friend but not as a lover - and he cared enough to delay telling Ovi that he did not love her as a lover but he did love her as a brother. Correct me if I am wrong, it was Punni who brought things to a head - before Arjun could close the chaper properly she spilled the beans with her own evil iintentions.

But having said that - even if Arjun does not close that chapter properly, Ovi should by now see the writing on the wall. She must accept that no matter hurt she is, it is time to move on. No matter how hurt she is, she is hurtiing her sister, her father, her grandmother and her mother even more by continuing to hang on to a dead love - but whether that love ever existed in the first place is questionable.

Sometimes we win ... sometimes we lose ... but in the end we move on ... and we re-discover love ... if we give life a chance...

Dont understand what is problem in this post? If members have right to express their view against archana, purvi and arjun than y not Ovi? I dont think ovi is special character of PR. When u r writing something against some character than be ready for attack on ur fav character. Its always tit for tat.

Reason mentioned in this post r much genuine than those arjun purvi selfish post.

She is most selfish person on this earth. I dont expect from her to understand love of arjun and purvi as the gal who dont understand importance of mother is good for nothing. She is just selfish.
