Tanya, I agree with you completely. Ankita and Hiten were brilliant today. They both were great at showing Archana and Manav's pain and fear in losing their daughter (the first part when they thought Ovi was kidnapped and then when they realized that Purvi was kidnapped).

I also think Manav was the Star of the Day. He didn't think twice about the amount of money he would have to give the goons and said in front of everyone that Purvi is a part of his family also. I've always felt that Purvi is very lucky that Manav accepted her so readily as his daughter and allows her to keep his name as her father.

As for Ovi, I'm going to wait until tomorrow to find out exactly what's happening. It's possible she'll question Manav why he wants to help the girl who ruined his real daughter's life and try to persuade him from doing so.

Also, why were Teju and Ovi looking at Archana so nastily when Manav was comforting Archana? Even Savita lowered her eyes and didn't say anything (for once) but those two were just glaring daggers at Archana?

i think teju and ovi were looking at archana so nastily because she said that purvi is her life...i would die without her,,,when ovi went missing for few minutes she was in pain but not as much when purvi went missing...i think they are jealous deep down that their mother's loves someone else more than them...they do not know the pain archana went through when manav took them from her...they do not know purvi is her medicine from all the pain she has gone through..i think savita didn't say anything (for once) because she doesn't know the ransom money...savita is a good person until money comes in the picture...4 years manav and archana were happy with sachin and soham..the day she realize all manav's money is in archana's name she started separating them...this is my take anyway's...i have to agree HITEN and ANKITA were AWESOME today...and i think manav is also motivated by guilt..he kept saying they wanted to kidnap me..

Manav is the key in this entire track for him to meet Soham and this is no one man mission. The experience of Manav n youthfulness of Arjun hopefully can dwell together to rescue Purvi.
Both the heros are needed here as Manav is the key to unlock the core mystery of Soham here.

@Esha - Manav is not a bad human being. Circumstances and misunderstandings have led him to behave rudely with Archana. I don't think Manav will go to any length to satisfy Ovi when someone else's life is in trouble. He has a good understanding of right and wrong and without even thinking twice, he decided he would get Purvi out of trouble. What Ovi says tomorrow, if she tells him to not help Purvi, he won't listen because he knows that for him helping Purvi is the right thing to do because he thinks of her as his daughter. When Manav found out Archana was in the hospital, he immediately decided to go. Savita tried to stop him, yet he didn't listen to her and went to help Archana and Sulochana. Same will happen tomorrow if Ovi tells him not to go.

Jai is absolutely right that it's important for Manav to go with Arjun because that would set him up to meet face to face with Soham. And I also agree that Archana won't say yes to Arvi relationship unless Manav also agrees. Purvi wants Archana to accept Arjun and that can happen if Manav can vouch for Arjun. Also, Purvi worships her Baba. She would want his blessings to start her life with Arjun.

I guess at this rate, it will be a while before Arjun can marry Purvi or maybe even never. If they have to get Manav's approval too now, they might as well forget it. Why would Manav go against Ovi on this. his anger is justified as a dad, there is no question about that. Asking him to accept Arjun for Purvi and him agreeing to it is close to impossible in the near future atleast. Why would he do it at the expense of his daughter's happiness?
For Archana, Purvi's happiness should be of prime importance whether Manav approves it or not. Because, Purvi is primarily her child not Manav's. He might consider her like a daughter out of his goodness, but she is not really his, is she? For Purvi, she just needs her Aai's approval, she never said she needed Manav's too.
This is what I think.

On re-thinking I felt -

It will be good if Ovi stops Manav - that way the Kirloskars have the complete grip in rescuing Purvi. 😉 Especially Arjun!
I am not sure if Archana cares too much about Manavs blessings/acceptance of Arjun-Purvi. During Vinays time too, Archu merely informed him and left it to him if he wanted to come. But on the other side, for Purvi, I am sure his blessings would be the final and critical lighting to the lamp 😃
Even if Manav goes ahead without listening to Ovi, Arjun should be the one to actually get her out of the hideout. That will be the greatest and clicking effort on Arjun's side for Archu to accept him.
I somehow feel Teju will be a little considerate in this matter and will try to get involved with her Dad if he is "rescur Purvi mission"

I have faith in Manav .

He has hurt Archana but he will not hurt Purvi .He will be fair to her .I don't know if this will happen or not because Ovi is Manav's wreakness and Ovi has been wronged and it is Manav's duty to stand by his daughter but I still think that Manav will do the right thing when it wil l come to Purvi ..

There were many dialogues said between Purvi and Manav that suggested that something like this can happen in future ...

I know I could be wrong but after seeing how Manav admitted openly ( for the first time ) that Purvi is as much his daughter as Ovi and Teju ...I want him to give Purvi his blessings when she gets married ..

It was not just Archana who was waiting for Manav for 18 years ...so was Purvi , he means a lot to her as well .

Anyways, let's see what happens tomorrow ..If Manav backs out and stays with Ovi's unreasonable wishes then I will take all my words back ...but I hope he won't let us down now ...

OK guys , I am off to bed ...

The number one guy in every girl's life should always be her daddy...I like this rule a lot ...😆

-We still don't know if Ovi will indeed stop him. There's always the chance that the precap was misleading

-I think either Arjun or DK will inform the police who will then be on the look out for the gang. Vishnu and gang get to know that the police is after them and they flee Mumbai, taking Purvi back to their village.

Vishnu will probably be somewhat protective of Purvi (especially from others in the gang who might eye her) because he knows that she is the daughter of the same woman who blessed him as his mother. I read somewhere on the forum that raksha bandhan is round the corner. So we might even get to see Purvi rakhi up Vishnu. (Unless CVs introduce a love angle between Vishnu and Purvi)

Purvi gets to know Vishnu. She meets Varsha. Purvi and Varsha might bond. Purvi starts putting 2+2 together. Meanwhile Balan is angry at Vishnu for the failed kidnapping. His selfish traits become more visible to Vishnu who gets upset and dissatisfied with the relationship he shares with his dad.

This way the kidnapping track stretches for a good 3-4 weeks. In this period we also get to see a couple of sad songs picturized on Arjun (beete lamhe anyone?) and a ton of flashbacks for Arjun, Ayi and Aaji.

Eventually, Arjun single-handedly and very heroically rescues Purvi at which time everyone finds out about Soham's and Varsha's existence.

The above will be followed by a whole lot of drama which I don't have the capacity to predict. Eventually it will be one big happy family including Soham (culminating in Manav-Archana's remarriage and Ajun-Purvi's (first) marriage on the same day in adjacent mandaps) until another trouble resurfaces to keep the show going.

The prediction below by Arpita is also a possibility!

This is what I think.

Archu is still Manav's wife and Manav is purvi's Baba,,No approval is complete without the other parent approving it and both Archu n Purvi believe this fact. So Arvi approval is based on both their blessings which is what Arvi themselves want.

IF Manav was not concerned or not willing to accept Arjun or Purvi for the sake of Ovi,I dont think he would have done what he did today.So that says a lot about Manav as a person and his commitment to Purvi as her Baba.I hope n count on the fact that he proceeds to the rescue act tomorrow

Both Arman are not Purvi's parents if seen who is who's child.She is a adopted child and Archu's world n Manav being the person he is loves Purvi for the person she is coz she is brought up by his ARchu and accepted her as his daughter.

For Purvi as I mentioned ,her Baba's approval plays a equal role as her Aai's and hence she with all the hak calls Manav as her Baba.Certain things dont have to be said..She wants both her Aai,baba blessings.

Purvi is brought by Archu and her sanskaars are given by Archu and for Purvi she has dreamnt of meeting her Baba n living with him.so Manav's permissions also plays a key role in her life.She did not mention but she wants both their blessings.Arjun also wants the same thing.

@red - Tanya I was so proud of Manav when he said in front of everybody, even strangers that Purvi is as much his own as his daughters. He has come a long way from Ovi's engagement where he looked uneasy when Purvi called him Baba and seemed almost uncomfortable that people might hear her call him Baba. And yes, Purvi too has waited all these years for Manav to come back to Archana and make her family whole again.
