poppy don't even compare trp's... old armaan was so much loved that when their divorce was happening in june 2010... it got the trp's of 7.2 right... u know what it is fifth most high rated episode in history of television...

My dear Laurie,

Predictably, the best and most thought-provoking and lucid post so far on our mahaepisode.

I too felt that when Archana raised her head from Manav's chest and looked across at Arjun comforting Purvi by pressing her shoulder, she seemed almost as put out as Manav. Strange, the lack of appreciation of a truly incredibly good young man. Manav's body language when he spotted Arjun (with Purvi) was exactly like a turkey cock puffing its chest out, ready for battle. I half expected him to yell even more at Arjun.

The poor boy was so nervous that he did not even have the presence of mind to tell Manav that it was he who had brought Sulochana to the hospital. Archana of course said nothing, she must have been afraid of Manav beginning to glare at her again, as he was doing after the shouting match earlier. How self-centred can people be!

Now Arjun has been cleaned out, and he probably owes the garage owner a good bit of money as well, as he gave Arjun some money as an advance for the hospital expenses. He would have worked there for just 3 days by now, , and so, even with his over time, the amount of salary due to him would not be even Rs.1000/-. He would have needed a lot more than that at the hospital.

After telling that he is a kangal and does not have money even for food, Archana has no qualms about letting Arjun take all the bills for medicines and blood tests and so on, and turn his pockets inside out to pay them. Why does she not grab the bills and pay them herself?

Now for The Mystery of the Body in the Boot. Come to think of it, it is a catchy title. I was rather surprised to see that in all the pages of comments so far on the mahaepisode, there has been next to nothing about the single most important development, the aforesaid body, while a lot has been written about all the rona dhona. No wonder PR is full of rona dhona; the CVs aim to please!

I have done a separate post on this that you might like to look at; the prognosis is not too rosy for our poor Arjun, though I am sure he will be cleared in the end. Or at least I hope so, and that the CVs do not decide to do a BALH on us. (The heroine there is jailed for 14 years on a false charge of manufacturing sub-standard medicines that kill some patients).

And another thing, Manav was comforting her was ok but when Arjun tried to comfort Purvi she looked as though she wanted to shoot him. I know she's still mad at him but HE did just save your mother/Purvi's aaji - one hug wouldn't hurt. But I guess that would be going against her sanskaars. 😡

I felt bad when Purvi walked away when Manav came to comfort Archana. And again when Arjun was comforting Purvi and Manav came marching up to give Arjun his walking papers. Poor Arjun and Purvi. 💔

I didn't get the last part though. Gagged and tied up man in the trunk (unconscious/dead?) and Arjun being hauled off to jail? Wonder what the CVs have cooking? 🤔

There goes Arjun's job! Bye bye 10,000 rps 😭

Wonder if it really was his bad luck or someone set him up? 🤔

Maybe entry for Soham the lawyer? or Soham the mob boss? 🤣

Came back just now .

Looks like everyone had a nice time with this special Sauturday treat ...😊

The show was good I thought .

what I liked was ...

Of course Archana answering back .It was fantastic that she said that she has had enogh and does not care anymore what people have to say about her ...she knows that she is doing the right thing for her daughter and really that is all that matters ...

you know that song from Amar Prem ( Kuch to log kahenge , logon ka kaam he kehna ) ...Archana should listen to that song every day ...😆

Also liked how Arjun helped Sulochna .Right from taking her to the hospital to paying for her medical bills ...nothing will help Arjjun more than this 😆 ...Hope that Sulochna gets better soon but Arjun was at the right place at the rght time , helping the right granny ...👍🏼

Another thing I noticed and liked was how Sundri stood next to Archana ( the only one who went and stood next to ehr ) when Savita was blasting Archana ..I don't know why but I feel strongly that Sundri will be the one who let out Savita's secret ...😊

I liked the way Manav panicked... he may hate her , fight with her but the thought of Archana being in the hospital made him crazy and he even answered back his mother and was there to support Archana ...both emotionaly and financially ..👍🏼

I hope Tej ualso goes to see Sulochna now .👍🏼

Savita is such a disgusting woman that even someone in the hospital means nothing to her ...she keeps going on and on about the same nonsense ...🤢

One request from the Cvs ...please stop showing Arjun as mechanic Manav .He was the Big Boss Arjun Kirloskar today for just two seconds ( when he yelled at the guard ) and he looked much much better that way .👏

you know when Manav saw Arjun today and he started to walks towards him , I thought that he was going to slap him again ... but the doctors came and Manav got distracted ...

I think Arjun will be spending the night in jail because Archana and Purvi will be in the hospital all night and they don't know that Arjun is in trouble ...I just hope that Arjun does not do foolish stuff like just acting poor and not even letting his dad know that he is in this hot soup ...

Even when Manav used to go to jail, he used to call whoever he knew to get him out of there ...

what do you think of the way Sundri walked up to Archana when savita was blasting Archu ,I think Sundri cannot take the way Archana is getting abused , if she is a good person then she will say something ...unlike Vandita and Damodar 👎🏼

Yes dear..Think .Manv had this in his mind..a big slap..or threw him out from this hospital...Tanyji.think.Arjun will try to talk but nobody will listen to him...Someone is dead..you think they will let him call someone. I wonder...or god..I have in mind...how Manv got beaten by the police..and all his familly...very hard to see...and .you think Arjun will be in same situation..I hope not dear....I had this great feelings ..what he will do...is.not telling anyone..someone will come to Sulo house the day after...and tell them..

I really liked the episode.. although as someone said...adding new drama/problems on top of all the old unsolved ones makes for crazy..

I also noticed Sundri at Archana's side or by her anyway... and i was appalled at the two or three times they showed the 4 lined up against Archu. It looked like a horror movie...ugly faces filled with hate, screaming at Archu...ufff

Savita...i have never hated her so much as today..such evil looks on her face...Usha i feel so bad for her..but she does such a good job !!! wish her character were different though...Ovi...i have tried to understand her and feel sympathy, but not after this episode. the condescending sneering way she spoke to her mother...and not once did Manav stop her, nor stop his mother...i was so appalled.

Finally yes, Archu spoke up. I was hoping SAchin could have one last appearance and confess...what a great parting shot that would be...Puru...hope you have one more scene dear !! (and regardless of what they write for your script, you..tell it like it is !!!...fans world wide will love you!!
