Teju was actually right today when she questioned Arjun's feelings for Ovi. I do feel for Ovi though all this time she has been loving Arjun and assuming he loves her too and suddenly him saying to Manav, I don't love Ovi, I love Purvi could be shocking news to her. But am very upset with Arjun though if he really loved Purvi he should have just told this to Ovi way before this way Ovi would not be as hurt but now she will be devastated. Archana was also very wrong to slap Purvi without giving her a chance to even talk. She demanded Purvi to answer her and when Purvi tried to answer Archana cut her off.😆

You hit the nail on the head with every single word. If only Arjun had the guts initially to tell everyone the truth at least on the day of the engagement, all this could have been averted. Before ever Arjun confessed his love to Purvi, he should have told Ovi that he was not willing to go ahead with the wedding. Unfortunately for Ovi, she is obsessed with Arjun, love or infatuation, the girl has believed he belongs to her. It is going to be hard for her to cope with this blow to her pride and her heart.
Archana needs to grow a backbone and fight for her family, for Manav and the girls. She can still prove to Sachin that she loves him without all this drama. While her anger against Purvi was warranted, she should have given Purvi a chance to relate her side of the story.
Hope Tej can put some sense into Ovi, she was doing a great job today!

I hope Purvi will not do anything foolish. I feel sorry for her because she of all the people was the most innocent. (1) she did not know Arjun was spoken for with Ovi (2) she did not intentionally make Arjun fall in love with her (3) she fell in love with Arjun - she fell in love - that simple...

I think more than Savita, it will be Tej who will help Ovi to look at the situaltion sensibly. Savita might mislead Ovi into thinking she can win Arjun back and might come up with plans to break up Arjun and Purvi. That would not be healthy for the three concerned. As Tej so reasonably tried to explain to Ovi, one cannot control who falls in love with you or who you fall in love with. She was also right in telling her sis that her broken heart will mend itself in a few months now but if she ended up married to him her life would be ruined. I also hope that Archana will be able to provide support for her daughter, she needs it. It will be difficult to balance between support for one daughter in her happiness against support for the other child whose heart is breaking.

Purvi tried to speak to her aai but as usual Archana was not ready to listen to her and she was more keen to ask her to leave. Even Aji tried to console Archu and asked her to listen to Purvi side of the story but archu refused. So how do we expect Purvi to behave. That poor girl was so frightened (her acting in this scene was superb & so natural) and did as was told...leave the house!

As I wrote in response to Bhalla, Arjun should have cleared it with Ovi before he confessed his love to Purvi, I have always maintained that so I agree with you whole-heartedly, it is a matter of principle, and that is where he erred. What I meant was that even the day of the engagement would have been better than to lead Ovi on with the engagement. The engagement made matters worse for both girls.

As for the loving part, I was referring to the numerous posts on the forum that call Ovi's feelings for Arjun by different names, infatuation or love. Love can be obsessive too, like Shah Rukh's for Juhi in Dar or Heathcliff's for Catherine in Wuthering Heights. I sincerely hope not, at least to that extent, for Ovi's own sake. She needs a happy ending too and hopefully will have it even if it is not with the guy she wants now.
I agree Arjun seemed to be obsessed with Purvi at the beginning and then kind of cooled off probably to accommodate the twist in the story that the CVs created.

Purvi is a headstrong girl, with strong opinions, ethical and moral. She wanted what is best for others at all times. Yes Archana brought her up well but there is one aspect in which she differs from Archana: Purvi went to Arjun and told him everything that happened at the birthday party. After telling she told him that they cannot reveal their relationship as it would hurt too many people - most of all her mother who totally believed in her morality. Purvi differed in the fact that she shared the problem with Arjun - which Archana would not have done with Manav. Recall how Archana gave up her daughters without speaking to Manav at all - of course the after thought was too late as Manav and family had left for Canada. Archana keep things to herself and make sacrifices which people do not understand as they don't know why she is doing it.

So here Purvi is different (perhaps because she is NOT Archana's flesh and blood i guess) - she shared her problems with Arjun but she is prepared to sacrifice her love for Ovi. I am just glad that Arjun is willing to fight heaven and earth to keep Purvi. He is able to do this only because Purvi shared otherwise he would think Purvi did not care for him. Now Arjun knows Purvi cares for him but is wiling to give up for the sake of keeping the trust of Manav and Archana. Good for you Purvi - here you are better than Archana. Problems can be solved if it is shared. Archana should learn from this - if she ever learns!!

Now Ovi - she is like Archana - notice how she did not speak to Arjun about Purvi - one would think that you would get to the bottom of things by speaking to Arjun who is part of the problem - it is not only Purvi. Ovi decided that Arjun is innocent and Purvi is the evil one. Very similar to Archana - recall earlier episodes of PV ... Ovi, like Archana, decides without consulting.

I hope Arjun will save the day and save Purvi if she attempts anything foolish.

As for Ovi - well i do feel sorry for her - but as love happens, hearts also break... that is the reality of life... real life...

Since she was not able explain the truth to Archu, she will not tell anyone else. For her, Archu is god who gave her life. Now, maybe it's payback time for her so she might leave the house & everyone incl. AK. It's sad she has to endeovour this situation all alone. She will do this thinking everything else will settle on it's own but of course it won't coz' the writer needs some plot to carry on this serial.

She might meet up with Soham somewhere and not knowing about him she might tell him the whole story. I don't know but I really hope there is some justice shown to good people in this serial. Evil seems to be rejoicing here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe that Purvi will not try to commit suicide...she will not go that low, i don't think...surely she 'll keep her integrity intact and definitely not suicide...that wouldn't be the Purvi I've come to love 😊 😊 😊
