An angry father's reaction I understand completely, because even in real life such a thing is normal to happen. Manav cannot bear his daughter's heartbreak. Arjun deserved that slap for not having said anything all this while. DK should have told Manav a long time back about this. But atleast they have said the truth now itself than on the day of the wedding!

But Manav has no business hitting Archana😡. She lives with him because the court asked her to.

since you have asked for a reason here is one: Arjun was totally taken by surprise by both these dads.in regards to the engagement. As to ruining that brats life...she totally brought it on herself. She didn't want to hear what he had to say...and she was well aware...as I explained..her talk with Teju proves it...that Arjun was desperately trying to talk to her about something.

I agree he shouldn't have delayed telling the truth----but he did it for her sake again because he didn't want to cause additional hurt to her while she was going through the tension of the court case!! If he had outed things before it got resolved, it would have been worse...everyone would have said she gave up her career because of you and now she can't even go back to modeling. Thank god it got quietly resolved and this is not the case.

Again please stop arguing with me over every little thing. The saying comes to mind...if u never have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. And don't give me any crap about difference of opinion either. A lot of us who are close are always disagreeing...me, and Jhanvi of course (😳)...Shyamala and Jhanvi...trying to keep Trish optimistic...etc...but all very good naturedly and very friendly.

Please keep this in mind as it is disrespectful and demoralizing to members if u keep this up.

Yesterday archu slapped Purvi thrice 😲 I was holding my own cheeks 🤣

Yep Arch😳, you are definitely right about the part where Arjun keeping quite for the sake of Ovi all this while. He went on with the engagement for Ovi's sake, he even kept quite because Ovi was in trouble, in the court case and he did not wish to hurt her .. he had Ovi's best interests at heart .. Even though Manav slaps Arjun, which is a natural reaction from an angry father.. no one is really willing to listen to either Arjun or Purvi. 😔

No one from Manav's side will bother to see the good that Arjun has been trying to do for Ovi all this while.

Love all your analytical and logical posts👍🏼, few of which kept me so positive about arvi especially when there was no positivity in sight for them after their breakup. ⭐️

His angry on Arjun is reasonable...but pushing Archana not at all acceptable😡...he thought archana hide the truth...will he show the same angry and same temper when he find the truth about Savitha and sachin what they did for Archana?????

Manav is a lowlife, male chauvinist pig.There I said it... Who believes his "wife" is a doormat...I wonder how he has the audacity to even lay a hand on her.This is what you get Archana for loving such a family, loving such a man.The one's she can give her life for don't even have the courtesy on a humane level to say something to this man when he is abusing their mother/ daughter- in- law.Sachin whom she is laying everything at stake for and whom she loves unconditionally to the point of utter stupidity...did not even move to protect his mother...a woman of 50+ years of age.Well...I pity her and I am repelled with Manav and disgusted with the other Deshmukhs.

Who came for her defence...DK. He's nothing much to Archana but he still did what was sensible.I feel sad that this is what Pavitra Rishta has come down to...where there is nothing good and morally correct happening.This is the message to the world and us...it is alright for men to abuse women.Niether do I condone anybody slapping anyone else.That is violence where it need not be dished out...sad again.

I feel for the actors in this pathetic morally demeaning show.I really hope it shuts shop cause it can only go down hill from here,atleast for Archana.More abuses and more hatred.I will feel really happy when Arjun and Purvi get together but their actual union is a long way off.what can we look forward to except this?
