I say DK, not for the reason listed but rather because it wasn't his place to tell Ovi anything. If he'd kept his mouth shut, Ovi wouldn't have come to India or ignored Arjun's phone calls and this whole situation could have been averted.

I have to say arjun is to blame in the first place. He was the one who promise to Ovi to marry her back in canada before he came to india.

There's still time tell Purvi about Ovi, Arjun.

i would say DK because he had no right to tell ovi that arjun loves her. he planted the seed of arjun's feeling in ovi's mind without analysing his son's condition. arjun was unsuccesful but had ovi not decided to give surprise she would have picked up arjun's call. surprise dene ke chakkar mein bechare ka phone bhi nahi utha reahi hai. arjun also is to be blamed for not telling ovi-purvi abt the commitment/feeling, but if you look from his POV you can c that first he wanted to clear ovi's misconception and than tell it to purvi/DK. also the time all this mess happened is to blame, and ovi for not understanding her best friend(who she claims to love), i mean who would hang up without telling the person on the line, agar phone ke time pe dhyan se sunti toh yeh galatfehmi nahin hoti.

over all the mess started with arjun, DK added the fuel, time exaggerated the flame and ovi is going to burn arvi's love (i dont think it makes sense, dimag kaam nahin kar raha) and arvians r going to scratch their head and curse kekta for spoiling arvi's pavitra story😭

and as far as purvi is concerned i dont find any fault of hers in this engagement fiasco. infact poor girl and archu are going to be tortured by the mad family of deshmukh lead by savita😡
