Archana, purvi, alia and sulo reached home and were completely tired, but before going to bed archu asked purvi to come to her room as she wanted to share something with her. After giving sulo her medicines, purvi went to archu's room. Archana asked purvi to come in and made her sit by her side. She took purvi's hand and held it tightly.

"How do you feel, I mean I am holding your hand tightly is it paining?" archu asked purvi who was confused at this statement from archana.

"Aai, whenever you hold my hand I feel safe, it feels as if I am not alone. It never pains, but gives me immense strength. I am because of you. But why are you asking me all this suddenly", purvi asked.

"Purvi, I am because you are. You made me feel complete. I never missed ovi and tej, because you filled that void. I cannot tell them that I am their mother, I love them but I also know that they hate me", archu said, now purvi was dumbfound.

"Aai, Manav baba'''..I mean tune pehle kyu nahin bataya" purvi asked, tears building up in her eyes.

"That's not what I want to tell you. Purvi I just want you to now hold Arjun's hand, so tightly that you never have to suffer like me and Manav. We loved each other, but we lived for others more than for our own self. Today the way you behaved shows that you are not taking this relationship seriously. Arjun might be at fault, but putting him down in front of few people is not good. It's us, not you and me anymore between Arjun and you". Archu explained, purvi listened quietly and agreed to her mother's advice.

"Aai, I promise that I will never leave Arjun's hand", purvi said slowly and hugged her mother. She went away from there and went to her room.

On the other end DK also was not happy with Arjun today, so even he had called Arjun in his study room. Arjun came and sat on the floor, near his dad's chair. He held dk's hand and kept his head on his lap.

"Remembering your mom", dk asked, while Arjun just nodded his head.

"Even I miss her, but aaj kuch zyada hi miss kar raha hoon. Arjun what I am going to tell you should have been told by Ashna. You know Ashna and I were like poles apart, our views never matched but we had understanding and love between us. Similarly you and purvi have different views, different approach towards life. Earlier your life was yours, but now even purvi has right over you and you have right on her. You should now start caring about her feelings as well. You were asked only to change the room, but purvi ''..she has to completely change her identity/wajood. She will be known as Purvi Arjun Kirdloskar-your wife. She can make her own identity by working and excelling in her field, but you have to support her. I can at least expect some understanding from you now on wards", Arjun listened deeply to what DK has to said and regretted for hurting purvi.

The whole night purvi could not sleep due to some unknown feelings. Earlier also she had hurt Arjun and this marriage was the fruit of that mistake, but now it pained to see that worry line on his handsome face. She tossed and turned, but whichever way she moved the fall near the classroom, the eye lock sessions, the bike scene and the trial room scene floated and made her restless. She needed to clear her mind and wanted to share her feelings, but decided against it.

On the other hand Arjun was also in a bad mood and could not sleep because images of him and purvi kept running in his mind. He was getting mad at the inner state of his mind; he closed his eyes and remembered what his mother used to tell about his parents love story.

"Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, Love gives us fairy-tale. Never analyse it, let the fairy tale unfold its own layer, because sometime pyaar ka rang dheere dheere chadta hai aur jab chadhta hai toh bohot gehra hota hai. And that's what happened with me and your father".

He opened his eyes and was trying to think why only this particular thought came in his mind. He decided to sleep and think of ways to apologize to purvi.

The next morning purvi and Arjun firstly decided to text each other and confirm a place to meet. Both were tensed on how to send the message, as if it was not some message but bomb.

"if I send him the message, I don't know what he will think" purvi murmured

"I know she will think that I am trying to talk to her purposely"

"And will think that I am desperate to talk to him"

"aur who trial room wala scene yaad dilayegi"

"but I have to say sorry"

"yeah sorry toh bolna hi padega"

"go to hell with the hesitation. I will msg him"

"and here goes my msg"

Both sent the message to each other which even read the same: CAN YOU MEET ME. PLEASE

After reading the message, Arjun immediately called purvi who immediately picked up her phone.

"uhmm, hello", purvi said

"hi. Well we both want to meet. So we have to go shopping for uhmm aaa our room'." He stuttered and continued "we will meet then. 5'o clock near city centre mall" Arjun said.

"uhmm ok. I will be there. By the way no need to change your room''", but suddenly she remembered archu's word and so she corrected "''I err mean our room".

"no, it's fine. Tum toh apna surname bhi badal longi, so I can at least change my room", Arjun chuckled which made purvi also smile and both hung the phone.

"itna bhi bura nahin hai", purvi thought

"not bad. Uhmm teekhi hai but sometimes meethi bhi hai, gudmirch (jiggery n chilli)", Arjun thought and laughed at his own thought and tapped the phone on his head "'..ouch'"

Purvi for the whole day, was pacing the room and was worried on how to say sorry to arjun, she wanted to take alia's help but then thought of doing it herself only. Archana saw purvi worried and so asked her the reason.

"What happened? You are alright", archu asked.

"no aai, actually I and Arjun are meeting today and I want to say sorry to him. but I uhmm don't know how to uhmm say sorry", purvi said slowly, archu laughed on seeing her daughter's face. She just cupped her face and said "no need to worry, just say sorry. Don't think about it, if you are really guilty then only saying sorry is enough"

Arjun was getting ready in his room, and even he was worried thinking about purvi and how to say sorry. He called neil and asked him ways to say sorry.

"Dude, how do I say sorry to purvi?" he bombarded Neil with his question as soon as the poor soul entered his room.

"Sorry? you will say to purvi. Is it a dream?" Neil checked arjun's forehead and said "tabiyat toh thik hai, phir?" Arjun removed neil's hand and sat on the bed.

"I think uhmm I was mean to her yesterday. Should I give her rose?" Arjun asked.

"Rose''" neil started to laugh loudly "'..sorry bolna chahta hai ya, in the form sorry want to propose her", neil winked at Arjun and again burst out laughing.

Arjun went into his thinking mode, and realised that the idea of rose seems to be too romantic. He thought of saying sorry in the simplest way without any kind of extra effort.

Purvi reached the mall on time and was waiting for Arjun to come. It's been more than 15 mins she came and there was no sign of him, so she decided to leave in anger when someone held her hand. Purvi turned to see Arjun, standing with a confused face.

"We decided to meet here, but you are going", arjun mocked which increased purvi's anger.

"I am waititng for you from the past 15 mins, why are you so late?", purvi said angrily. Arjun started laughing and held purvi's hand and showed her the time, it was only 4:55'''. "purvi, 5 bajne mein 5 min baaki hai. So basically I am on time. Oh you came early to meet me huh", purvi fumbled for words and the look that Arjun was giving her made her more nervous.

"Can we go in. we are here to shop" purvi said and both went inside. Arjun and purvi were trying some or the excuses to talk with each other but were unsuccessful. As per the instructions given by DK, Arjun let purvi choose the curtains and bed sheets and some other decorative pieces for their bedroom. After shopping for more than 2 hours it was decided that they would dine together. Both entered the restaurant which was very costly and posh, and that made purvi nervous. But Arjun gave her a reassuring smile and seated himself on the chair.

"uhmm double cheese veg wrap and macaroni with a can of coke please. And purvi what do you want", arjun asked, purvi agreed to whatever Arjun had ordered and requested the same to be served for her. The waiter went away from there, arjun and purvi were now getting angry for not saying what they wanted to say and out of anger and restlessness Arjun held Purvi's hand and blurted out "I am sorry for yesterday's behaviour. I know I was a bit too rude, please", he looked up to see purvi smiling at him as she placed her hand on his hand "arjun I wanted to say sorry as well for last night", both burst into fits of laughter as they thought about how worried they were for saying such small thing. Purvi removed her hands as soon as the uncomfortable feeling resurfaced, while Arjun just kept on looking at her which made her blush deeper.

"why are you blushing miss purvi", Arjun said huskily, which made purvi shift her eyes to the ground, "pura zameen mein gusjana hai kya. Look up"

"Arjun, can we start our relation with friendship. I mean we both don't love each other, but I think we are starting to understand each other's feelings. We have to live together so instead of carrying our big ego, why not carry the baggage of being friends", purvi said, looking into Arjun's eyes as she tried to read what he wanted and the happiness that flickered in his eyes made purvi smile even brighter.

"You know what; you are right we should try being friends rather than enemies. After all the first step to fall in love is takrar jo hamare beech ho gayi hai and now second step friendship is going to start. So Miss Purvi ready to fall in love", Arjun said confidently and placed his hand forward, while purvi hesitated when Arjun continued "soch lo offer is open, else I will go" and that made Purvi hold his hand even firmly. Arjun and purvi sat there holding each other's hand and smiling at each other aware of where life was leading them and both were ready for it.

sometimes life really gives us a fairy tale, and the same happened with arjun Purvi. Right in the middle of their hatred for each other, life gave them a gift - a new feeling, a feeling of being there always for each other. The journey of being together had already started, earlier it was for namesake but now both really wanted to move together hand-in-hand. A new beginning to the old journey😳
