You are right Naava .I am also angry with Manav on many things ..First of all the way he treated Archana and how he took the girls away from the mother and all those things he said to her .You are a threat to their life , you better not come near them .I don't want to see your face ...And now he is angry that she did not call him for 18 years .Does he not remember all the orders he gave her before leaving .I am not saying that Archu should be spared here ..Why did she follow those orders .I hope her daughters come back and are very rude to her and tell her ' go and do what Manav tells you to do , we are nothing to you anyway , only he is everything ". I really don't understand how Manav can feel so bad about the divorce papers after the way he left Archana and how he treated her in the office after 18 years .Archana is the biggest fool that she is still waiting for his orders as to what to do next .Hope she gets a rude shock when he starts talking divorce instead of saying ' I love You Archana " .😆
@ red ; Tanya, that's a good question, why did she do what he said?...I think maybe he just convinced her she was such a failure as a mother that she believed him and maybe felt they truly were better off without her. If just anyone says bad things to you, you can slough it off..but if the person you adore and trust most in the world says things to you, i think it's hard not to internalize it and believe it somehow... To Manav's shame, he has never had the trust of Archana that she has had of him.
She didn't have his phone number of course, but must have known how to find it..(DK, name of company, international directories etc.) which brings up another question. Assuming Ashna didn't die right away, why didn't she ever contact Archana and tell her about the twins and Sachu? She really loved Archana - you would think they would have talked. Maybe they did, another thing the writers forgot to tell us..😆
