Savita's debatable ruse has actually WORKED guys . The old technique of MAKING a guy jealous has two sides ...it invokes DANGER from the USED guy and succeeds in getting the attention of the guy one INTENDS to make jealous . In OVi's case BOTH happened .
What happened was the JERK DUO ...the two guys who taunt Ovi about Prince Arjun had come to the Lohri Party . Ovi caught hold of JERK NO 1 and started flirting with him .
Prince Arjun , who was preening and preening about the compliments dished out to him by his business associates for making such a NAAM in this young an age and for being a DYNAMO , looking rather WELL FED and FAT in a very tight blue Kurta that strained at his worked out biceps and made one wonder if his arm pits were sore with all that straining , NOTICED this with a frown . He did NOT like it at all .
So he kept on looking and looking , as he is extremely protective about his subjects .
Jerk NO 1 meanwhile got quite turned on . He told Ovi lets go to sum private place , away from the crowd and there he felt it was the right time to demand a KISS .
I wanna KISS ...he told frankly .
NOWAY ! CHILL DUDE ! Ovi tried to free herself , but JERK NO 1 was REALLY turned on and now could not control himself .

GO AWAY mumbled the JERK who had got very close to Ovi's lips and wanted no intrusion and did not want to waste time arguing with Prince Arjun at such a CRUCIAL moment .
So Prince Arjun pulled Ovi out of the Jerk's arms and started lecturing to the Jerk .

I'm her FIANCEE ...Prince Arjun announced , as he needed some AUTHORITY to defend himself to the JERK . YEA . We r gonna get married soon .
Ovi stared at him in delight .
Well , Teju took over and started pummelling the Jerk and Prince Arjun went to announce this to DK the Sage , his cool dude DAD .
Before that , on the way , Prince Arjun asked Ovi grumpily why she was flirting with the guy to make him jealous .
Ovi soothed him like a woman . Only till I got ur attention darling , she cooed . YOU were my OBJECT . He was just being USED darling.Now I will ONLY dance around YOU .
HUMPH . said Prince Arjun , mollified a little . But I will not be able to give you time . Don't complain AFTERWARDS .

Sage DK was shocked but accepted the FAISLA pleasantly enough as he loved Ovi . He blessed the couple and announced it to the party and was joined by a super happy Deshmukh khandaan in which ONLY Damodar looked concerned , but then Dear Damodar ONLY looks genuinely happy when Archana surfaces . He is detached from the happiness of OTHERS in the family . Sage DK was just about to announce the engagement date when Arjun's phone rang .
It was Curly Agarwal . The Workers r on STRIKE he informed gloomily . They refuse to work .
What !!!! Prince Arjun was zapped . Manage them at once Curly !

Well , Prince Arjun decided to fly to India himself to manage his colony there and informed this to SAGE DK .

Ovi , who was watching her darling get hyper , intervened on his behalf . Let him go ...she said like a wise woman and axed her feet like most wise , mature women do . He won't ENJOY the engagement if his attention is there . Let him go na Uncle .Please ?
Her sasur DK the sage looked at his 18 year old bahu fondly . Not only was she beautiful but MATURE . He approved of that .
So did Sad Manav . She has GROWN UP , he informed the Sage .
So Prince Arjun got permission to postpone his engagement and go to INDIA .
We all know the engagement won't happen as Saint Purvi will be the royal snag in all the happenings from now on .
Saint Purvi mean while was sweeping the floor and telling the Karanjkar Duo how RIGHT she was in making the company go on strike for ONE woman ...her mom .

Ovi did wong in leading the guy on but indeed it has worked and Arjun DID take notice and is PROTECTIVE about Ovi .
Ovi really loves him unconditionally .
Purvi will create many complications in many peaceful lives .
Nothing else can be expected from the K trio who do nothing but STRIKES , COURT CASES and UPSETTING MARRAIGES .
I feel SAD for Prince Arjun . His deal is JUST and Purvi's demands r UNJUST . Small scale companies do RETRENCH. What did she expect ? Her mother is not a special citizen to get special privileges...she will get what ALL get .
