I think he'll b a bit upset with Archu. He'll find her overreacting n wont really like her take on his secretary coz for him Riya is miserable girl these days n is quite a bacchi so he wants to help. Besides Archana has always been the docile n agreeable wife, he'll b a bit taken aback by her behaviour when it comes to Riya.
Our Mannu is very akal ki dushman at times (just like his wife😆) n he has a mindset about women - they r helpless, besahara n need help n support of a man.

Did you guys not see how Ria was crying yesterday that she badly needs a sahara ..and that she is all alone in the world .. she wants Manav to become her sahara ...Let's see if he falls for this one and promises her to be her sahara and her to be his Zimmedari ...that would be disaster ...Hope it doesn't happen ...

Riya can convince Manav easily as Manav cant see anyone crying
