Today it was clearly shown in her mental voice scene that she was debating if Manav was speaking JHOOTH or not .
About Manav's lies ...harmless lies . Little lies that husbands do all the time whem women sulk or complain about their personal habits or the less time they give them as spouses . Had not he lied when he had told her he had NOT eaten with DK and eaten TWICE with her just coz she was waiting ? I think todays lie was somewhat same . She had given him a cute lil firing as a wife for losing his hankies the earlier day and today too it was gayab . To Top it he HAD noticed that she made long face when Riya was mentioned . So he dropped that fact , bas . To him it was all supremely unimportant . These r MY two cents of course .
It's Ok Kool...we can agree to disagree ..Nothing wrong with that .we both have different personalities so see things differently ...no one is right or wrong here ...
The way I saw it was that Archana has two people in her life that she worshoips .Manav and her mother Sulochna ...
She has a choice to make and she has decided to protect Sulochna right now ...I think she is making a msitake by not telling Manav but still I understand why she is being protective of her mother ...
her mother was thrown out of her house by her own son ...There is no father around ...Now Archan is the eldest daughter , she is responsible for Sulochna in a way ...Sulochna has asthma and Archu wants to make sure that her mother is safe ...after the horrible tragedies of father leaving , being treated badly in her own house and now being thrown out of her house ...somehow her mother has found a place where she is safe and happy and that is why Archaan is scared to let somethig take this away ...
Sulochan did run away before from a good safe house ...she can do it again ...
Archu knows that her sister and Manav are all strong people and they are safe in their homes ...right now her priority is that she will ensure that her mother stays here only ...and doesn't run away from here too ..Unfortunatley for her ...her mother is being selfish but I think Archu is hoping that eventuall yshe will accept and come to meet Manav and her girls ...and that Manav and her sisters will understand her plight and will not be so angry ...maybe she feels that they too would have done the same ...
Didn't manav hide vaishali's marital problems because he was worried about Sulochna's health ...So that is why I can sympathise with Archu for what she is going through ...also angry that she is not telling savita ( Kassam was never about savita ) ...she deserves some form of punishment and she will accept it too ...she has never shied away from being punished for her mistakes ...
Howeve r I still feel that mana v should not lie to Archana because of Riya ..Chalo , it was not big enough so not to worry too much ...
The bigger issue with him is that how come he is being so naive about Riya and being so protective about her ...I say protective because I saw him protect Riya in front of Archana and also in front of savita ...
why she was debating in her mind about manav lying ...maybe instinct again ...she was always quick to catch him whenever he lied ...when he would tell her that he has eaten and all that ...then she always caught him ...maybe today she felt the same feeling that he is hiding something ...
She would not be wrong ...he was lying ...
She is wrong in lying and feeling guilty about it ..He was wrong in lying and should feel guilty about it ...
