Guys,

I have been watching PR for days now though I have not done a rambling or a samachar patra but the entire time I was watching the show I noted certain instances that I thought were very ironic and I wanted to make a quick post to share.

Varsha – woman who had just rejected her own offspring was torn up at the fact that her mother had rejected her as a daughter because of her recent behaviour? If you think about it her mother had cut the invisible "umbilical cord" not entirely as a sign of rejection but more so to give her the independence she craved yet the logic of her mother's behaviour was seen as personal betrayal by a self-sustaining woman who had just severed the umbilical cord of her own and very dependent baby.

Girish - a man who accepted Manav's mahaanta to fix the situation of his compromised daughter found his mahaanta in helping a distraught Varsha frustrating and detrimental to his own daughter's wellbeing? Odd isn't it that we choose to accept someone's generosity selfishly for our own purpose but are not equally understanding when the same generosity is used to help others? His daughter falling in love with a man who had only promised her a compromised marriage is his daughter's own cross to bear, in my opinion. I don't condone his secretive liaison with Archu as that is being insensitive to Shravani though I think for anyone to expect him to fall in love with a woman he has decided to marry as a compromise is surreal. He knows Varsha because of Archu but somehow I think that he helped Varsha because he treats her as his muhboli sister rather than his ex-sis-in-law and I see no devious or conniving intentions there.

Not sure if you feel the same but do drop in your comments.

Hope

And yes, I do also believe that manav helped Varsha not just because she is Archana's sister but also because he has a connection with varsha .varsha even put him down the other day but he did not let that one hing come in the way of how he felt about her ...
he was there for her when she had no one else ...

I agree with u about Varsha.

Abt Girish - I dont think he thinks Manav is mahaan. He respects him a lot since he accepted his daughter when she was pregnant and there was no one else. He respects him as a damaad now. In a way he 'saved' her future as they say in PR. He only cares abt his daughter. Remember when he met Archu b4 the divorce where he told her that I feel bad for u but i care more abt my daughter and want Manav to marry her. Even today he sticks to that statement by telling Manav that he didnt like it that he helped Varsha. At the time of Sachin's death, he was worried as a father. I think if Shravani had a mother then things wud hav been different as they think differently than men. I m not supporting Girish as I think he is stupid that he cant see that even after 2 years Manav has no interest in Shravani at all and even the deshmukhs care abt Sachu only.

Also, I think as Manav's father-in-law, he must feel the difference between the way Manav treats Manohar and Sulochana and him. Girish has helped Manav a lotttt more (since he was 16) than the Ks and always respected but he didnt get the same respect bak and his daughter is getting treated like this now. Girish didnt go with the proposal to Manav. Manav came to him. And he didnt say it wud b a compromised marriage. Girish must hav thought they wud fall in love at some time, after Manav and Archana got divorced. nothing wrong in thinking that. But instead he saw Manav getting closer to Archu and Ks and now, Manav doesnt even like to talk with Shravani.

I think as Shravani's father, Girish just felt that Manav shudnt hav any involvement with the Ks since they hav no relation now. Its not abt Manav's intentions, its abt y shud Manav still b so concerned abt the Ks. This is not the 1st time he helped them even after the divorce.

I would like to add another one aswell:
Dharmesh- who is always talking about 'professionialism' 'logic' being 'true to yourself' 'following rules/morals you have been brought up with' basically a man of morals who is educated and doesnt believe in mixing family with business creates a consipiracy to save his own *ss. He cheats, decieves and is rude to Archana/Manav contradicting everything he is said to believe in since he has been introduced to the show.

Hope di, i agree to an extent! But its a father's heart, which was doing all the talking!😊
A concerned dad who is out there too be a protective of her lonely daughter, and yes its a marriage of compromises!

I think somewhere shravani and maybe even her dad feels manav will forget his past baggage and fall in love with her ....

I agree it is her cross to bear..maybe she is willing to bear it too if she can get married to manav ( which is what has been promised to her) ... but isnt manav backing out of his commitment now ? That too in such a cowardly way ... sneaking out of his wedding to stop someone else's ...

Regarding Manav helping varsha ..
Hmm.. the day he got married to archana , since that day he has considered her and vaishu as his own sisters ..
And it wasnt just tokenism ... if I remember correctly .. didnt he even set up FDs in their name ?
