@bonne , he is bored ..
I blame the writers to a large extent .. for writing lame scenes and dialogues ..
But I feel he doing the best he can with whatever material he is being given ..
I mean , in that scene where he is told jay that archu is pavitra , I really pitied sushant ... Imagine trying to enact this with a straight face !

Post leap the show really never made any sense....and now that it is making sense he hardly gets any scenes. The ones he gets are also more for his co-actors to perform. Even Mushki got to perform more than sushant in that thapad scene. Sometimes i feel bad for him.....but then every actor has his day. Sushant will have his too......hopefully soon.

His is more subtle kind of acting.....so he always looks natural to the character.

He was very good when Archana comes to see him in jail and touches the wound on his lips .The way he closed his eyes as if her touch was a balm on his wounds ....I thought that little touch was brilliant .

And how he was eating the dinner she gave him ....😭

Also when he breaks down crying when he tells his family that Archana has agreed to get married again ...

Oh yeah....Sushant excells in bringing out the nitty gritties of the character. Just loved the way he gives blessings to vandita on raksha bandhan...when she comes to touch his feet. He really acted like 32 yr old conservative man. Just like the tiffin eating scene you mentioned there are many little details of the character he excells in bringing out. And he is completely unlike the character in real life.

That tiffin eatingscene and the way the poor chap closes his eyes when Archu touches him ...

I am sorry , call me emotional or whatever ....the way Sushant did those scenes , it is compleetly understandable why Archana is so madly protective about him .....

It is to this boy's credit that despite of whatever wrong manav has done for Archana , I can see why Archana is ready to do anything to keep him safe and happy ....

wonderful positive thread.....

what can I say???....love Sushant...I think he is the best telly actor at the moment..

he is even better then some of bollywood actors..

must be hard to play a character the total opposite of yourself..

also blame the cvs for the lack of good scenes..

anyway..my fav scene to date is when he takes archana for pav bhaji..and trys to make her jealous..lost count the number of times I have watched that scene..

would be lovely if we get a proper dandhia raas scene to celebrate navatri..😉😉

I liked many scenes of old Manav but i liked the scene where kaka, Sacchin n Vandu poking fun at him abt marriage n then he looks at Archu snap so lovingly. tany Di i'm also fond of that scene too where Archu applies oil in his hair n the jhulna where Manav touches her hand😳 OMG i can go on n on
The hug they had after Shrav godh barai was very gud too.
The dream sequence of Archu in the train. My my!! the chemistry bet the 2 was awesome n the look n smile of Manav😍 literally one of a man completely latto. Awwwwwww

1 The best performance of Shashant was when Archu and him where broking up and he was very very sad. he was crying and the way he espress his pain and feelings 4 archu where awsom.

2 The cutes scene of Shushant was when he met Archu the first time. He was standing in the rain with that cutes face of his and was stairing at Archu and she was stairing at him. He was damn hot with his weath hair and shirt. But he is always cute when he is shy and his smile wauw😍
