Well I'll be honest here as to what Dharmesh should have done, or what was understandable in my POV.

1.) first thing, make anticipatory bail for him and his colleagues so that they don't fall into trouble. Apni jaan sabse pehle bachao.

2.) Investigate the matter. (Dharmesh didn't do it- he just didn't want to be involved in the matter. He wanted to brush it under the carpet)

3.) Confront workers and explain to the union leader that we are handling the matter as best as we can. (if he had done that the strike thing wouldn't have arisen and workers would have respected him 10 times more. He just choose to moan and cry that workers are protesting. Ultimately Satish and Archu's intervention solved the matter)

4.) Hire a lawyer. Explain things to Manav's family- they are illiterate and worried and so they needed to be tackled gently, sensitively and cautiously, not by sending cheque straight at their place like that. (This was also not done)

5.) Even after all this, if they found that they had to chose between themselves and Manav, and Dharmesh had choosen himself, I would have understood. Here we cannot say CV's didn't have time to show all this, cos each of the above aspect has been shown but in a reverse manner.

So, no sympathy or understanding to Dharmesh. As Saffy says- it is the intention that counts. Dharmesh's intention was never to handle the matter, from the beginning it was always to save himself.

I found Dharmesh's dialogues very truthful and powerful . He kept the part of framing manav by making him sign declaration in jail . He kept it . But rest of it was very true .With Which Adhikaar was she becoming so HYSTERICAL ?

I have repeated this many many times ...............it has to be rubbed In Archus pretty face that WHY DID U DIVORCE WHEN U HAVE THIS EXTENT OF EMOTION FOR THAT MAN .

Had Dharmesh abused her sis ?demanded dowry from his in laws like Savita had demanded gold chains ? That time this Archna had stayed quiet and watched her mom being bled white helplessly . She wanted to earn Savitas goodwill at any cost . He is a ruthless businessman but very good hubby , jeeju and son in law .

Her sister had a wonderful marraige going with him . Varshas marraige had been rocky , so had archus .the rockiest , but Vaishus was THE HAPPIEST .Didnt her sisters face swim before her eyes before slapping Dharmesh ?

Pull him to court . Even his Marwadi parents wud understand .They wud be miffed , but wud UNDERSTAND .but by slapping this girl crossed boundaries .

This girl always crossed boundaries .The collection of memories 3 month stay where she crossed boundaries of tolerating abuse from Manav Savita jodi

Post Divorce behaviour with Manav ............did she , like sherma rightly said , pause to see mirror then ?

Today , by slapping Dharmesh .Just see her face in that scene , she comes across as positively crazed .

I agree with telemagic ............SOMEONE HAS TO SAVE THAT SOLE BREAD WINNER . But do it the right way .Dharmesh has candidly admitted that he is NOT ABOVE BENDING FEW MORALS NOW AND THEN .His very own words . Go , as supervisor , pull him in court . Resign from job and do it .Jo hota hai Dekha jayega.

But slapping ?Who the hell gave her that Adhikaar ? If ur showing Dharmesh that he has NO ADHIKAAR to frame an innocent man to save his butt , u too shud be very conscious of UR ADHIKAARS as a human being and as a SAALI .

Sulo was right .U have a right to wreck ur life if u wish , its ur OWN [ and she has done it .She has WRECKED her life over manav] but U have no right to wreck ur sister's lives .

She will win this battle by destroying countless families .

It wud be better if she did what niki and simmy said dharmesh shud have done ........Stupid CVS didnt show it ............THE ENQUIRY OF FISHY MEANIE PRAKASH .

Im not sure CVS will even show this with Archu . For all u know , they may show Meanie Prakash being MUshys friend and blurting in drunk state and MUshy telling manav ...just like Advocate Piyush told Ajit .With A big Bappa trumpet .........POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO in the background . U see , they dont show BRAINS in this serial .

basically archu is a bias person, d person whom she likes can do anyting,mke it savita,manav,manju even if dey kill sum1 its fine but other den dat if sumbdy else does a ting to sAVE themselves tats a biggest crime.i simply hate archana,her kind of biasness is pathetic and beyond my understnding.

Manav is innocent and he will come out though proper legal procedures. this action of hers is uncalled for and the bridges may not be mended for a long time to come.

What Niki wrote Dharmesh shud hav done,I expected Archu shud hav.SO,my disappointment....bcoz I expect from Archu...not dharmesh.

I didnot agree with the way they showed Gita and how and what she realised.She realised everything literally.There is always a way to go about doing it.Her intentions are perfectly fine but she's doing it all wrong.

Today,I found her selfish,for the first time.All tht description of Manav was absolute nonsense.Manav is indeed any aam worker.

I dont like the way CVs r handling all this.....it looks as if the whole issue is all abt TDH,FBD,Satish n Archu....dont know when everything mixed into professional-cum-personal khichdi.The companies r like their owned toys and Manav is someone out of the world.

I'm not defending Dharmu but I repeat what I said in SOTD.He deserves a slap.But Archu is no way the right person and the reason why she slapped him was even more bakwas.He didnot deserve a slap from Archu for crying out loud that their rishta is badnaam n that manav is using her.He said the bitter truth.

Just as Manav ensured that everyone suffers by signing those papers in jail,ARchu is ensuring she gets cursed by all ppl around her.I do NOT see the need to behave such extremely by either Manav or by archana.

Not liking at all what they r showing these days.Hopefully will feel better when ArMan marry😆
