Man, I missed quite something in the PR world it seems. Archana is suddenly the chief counsel also in Dharmesh's company?? What kind of crapshoot is this? Why oh why did Dharmesh have to go hire all of his wife's family into his company? Nothing good comes out of transacting money with family period - unless its a bequeathment :)

Looks like Jaywant is finally showing Archana how a real man behaves in a relationship? I am glad he is not buying into the Pavitra bullshit. Why should he tolerate this?? If Archana has made a decision to be in a relationship with Jaywant, the least she can do is respect his presence and not stare into the soul of her uncaring ex. You are spot on about weakling Manav - all he seems to be good for is to tease Archana with his unending eyelocks. One would think he was a trained hypnotist or something.

The best statement in your commentary was ' Damodar still talks to Bappa . Poor thing . He needs medication' . So true..what is he waiting for. I suspect Bappa has put him on mute..I am sure He is more busy with solving the world's hunger problems at a higher priority than resolving a masochist's self induced problems.

I cant stand Rasika and cannot believe that now she is a good guy. This is so dangerously wrong!! That woman has done so many bad things along with her good for nothing son - they deserve to be jailed for a long time or serve lepers for a longer time before being exonerated like this.

I hope this serial flops. Why show social issues if you cannot handle them well??? These CV's made a mockery of every social issue- dowry, DIL harassment, domestic abuse, marital rape, premarital sex, and now this labour issue.

Do they really think audience are so foolish???? Do they think we will be impressed if just the name of the social issue is mentioned??? Do they think we don't read newpapers and don't have any thinking??? Rather than seeing such nonsense, we better see those kitchen politics shows or mushy mills and boons stories. At least they don't make fun of social issues.

I hope some social organisation SLAMS Ekta's company.

Excellent commentary as usual there.

Didn't c the previous two epis to know wat the issue was.....had just read WU b4 2days telecast. Voted for archu only coz she used the "munafa" word with Dharmesh. Do not know if the decision was right or wrong.....the whole situation was neway unbelievable. So crediting Archana only for a new tact she has learnt business wise....dealing ppl the way they listen to you well.

But i do not agree with you on Jaywant. It was a professional decision made by archana.....reasons were only known to dharmesh. Dharmesh accepted it.....he must have measured the pros and cons of the decision. If jaywant is so disagreeable to such a decision....he should hve questioned dharmesh as well. He's going against namak by dissing dhamesh's calibre to see through archana's decision. Jaywant questioned archana only coz he is his to be wife. As a senior at the office.....jaywant has no right to insult archana's view. She may have a valid reason which could be good for the company. But here it was mixing of personal jealousy into professional relationship. Jaywant clearly mocked archana's professional calibre. N most importantly the tone wasn't right.....even Dharmesh who didn't agree with archana earlier spoke respectfully.

Everything else agreed....kick to manav from my side.

I seriously want everyone to be unmarried and unengaged in PR. Nobody's worth having RISHTAs

My thing is Archana's decision influenced or uninfluenced......Jaywant's view on it was a assumed and judgemental one. He didn't knew her reasonings......so it was merely personal grudges....it was nothing to do with company's namak.

It was such a relief to hear Ajit telling Manav that any MAN wud react this way only , like Jay did . No man is like manav who goes and SELLS his EX to other men by saying sHE IS VIRGIN .Men like Jay get upset if fiancee hobnobs too much with EX .

there is no need to know the EXACT REASONINGS . The retrenchment being cancelled was clearly meaning the machine wud be bought but ten extra labourers wud unnecessarily be continued . And this is NOT benefit of company .She may have stopped the lock up currently but whatever BULL u sold to Dharmu , U were not loyal to him was his comment , there wasnt anything personal in it .
