PErsonally I think Archana needs someone like Jay in her life. He being the practical one and she being the emotional, softhearted one will be a nice couple which compliments each other. Manav and Archu, both sentimental, both soft-hearted, both dumb, both living for others- will only ruin their life together. Much as the idea that 'my life partner is EXACTLY like me comes across as romantic, it really isn't beneficial in this situation.
Manav should go to some place in solitude and do sanyaas. Period.

she tried shakkar philosophy on the entire worls - if she tries on Jay OMG she will end up with the most caring man. people like him are competitive by nature and seem to neglect their more basic emotions until they meet people like Archu. but once they realize their base emotions they give it a 100% just like they give their careers.
Archu and Varshu both need a man like Jay. Satish and Manav are too non-controversial for all of them
