Sherma, totally agree. People are given their pink slips on the spot, no prior notice. I really do not know if there is a difference when laying off office and factory workers. I have never seen a factory worker after being given prior notice with benefits, abusing the manager, pointing fingers and challenging his superiors😲 😲 That can only happen in Ekta's land. The logical thing to do is to protest by picketing, sit ins, seeking union advice but never to be insubordinate.
Manav was totally out of line.

Hav worked.Witnessed recession and pink slips n everything.
So saying Manav was way out of line.
Had dharmesh be one manipulative management guy in true sense,Manav must hav been handicapped by now.Truth is that.

GM, all I said was Dharmu's is not even interested in taking Satish POV yea o.k. agreed Dharmu may have started this company single handedly and all that but if u have taken someone as yr partner then at least discuss or debate about it why act like a dictator all the time even during that Manav-Prakash tussle he dint bother to take Satish opinion , that was a small issue but this one is huge it has the ability to flare up monstrously nd engulf his factory , Satish has every rite to question nd differ with Dharmu's decisions.
