Vote for Archu. Its the beginning of her new relationship. Archu's decision to resign shows she will b working for her relation. Slowly slowly she will fall in love again😳 and one day Jay will love her bak (Hopefully)
Although I want Archu to b strong, but a little compromise is needed is every good relation. Jay didnt say u cant work so she can find another job and I hope she does.

I know she is getting so many votes today bu tI feel terrible for Archana ..It was aweful to see her so lifeless, just barely dragging herself and still trying to smile , do the right thing ..

How can Manav even think of calling her for the pooja ...I mean how can he ??

His fiance told him to stay away from her ...he knows she is engaged ...what is wrong with him ??

Sometimes I think it just doesn't register to him what her mental state is ..He just takes it for granted that she is a strong girl and can deal with any calamity ...

SOTD is undoubtedly Archana.... she is indeed a lovely girl.

I wish Manav had even half of her maturity or conscience. Now that she has stepped into a relationship with Jaywant, she is trying to be honest towards it. Her efforts have started.

Voting Archana for offering to resign after taking heed that Jay is not comfortable working under her, she wanted to do same for Manav anyways. Someone of 3 had to go from that company otherwise it would be a very volatile situation. Manav is already inviting trouble for himself in the company.

Manav is becoming a very baffling character. He pushed Archana into this marriage and can't seem to keep his distance from her. He was looking at Archana so expectedly when he asked her if she would come for pooja in his chawl. Why on earth he wants or expects Archana to come there, knowing fully well how Shravani will react to Archana's presence and knowing that Archana needs to forget him and move on.

Anyone noticed the lady doctor who was talking to Varsha was the same lady who said ' Aise lofar ko tou police ke havale karna chahiye' when Manav boarded ladies compartment along with Archana while they helped an old woman, that was just before Manav came to see Archana in her house.

Vote for Archana for offering to resign and seriously trying to work out her relationship with Jaywant..hope he appreciates her unlike some other creature😡...but felt very bad for her today..after reading here that she was looking beautiful during aarti, went and watched..Archana looks like an automaton with no zeal for life😒
