PR is like buying a house that you liked from inside, outside and the locality without getting the house inspected.
Once you move in and start living, you find that the kitchen faucet is leaking and the water is draining into the cupboard below. The master bathroom jacuzzi that was never used by the previous owner is now leaking and staining the lower level's roof (in the family room).So, you keep fixing the problem..........suddenly a year later the weeping tiles in the basement that had a crack that was comaflagged by the previous owner, for a small crack and there is dampness in the basement and you only realize that after you find that all your summer shoes that were nicely laid by the wall are now covered with mildew. Such jobs will need a lot of money to fix.............Roof needs replacement..........you will need a lot of money to replace the roof...........The list goes on and on.............What is the solution? It all depends upon the owner. You can either keep spending good money on the bad house that can become heavy on your pocket orYou can sell the house hopefully with some leasons learned............Again just my POV
