Such jobs will need a lot of money to fix.............

Roof needs replacement..........you will need a lot of money to replace the roof...........

The list goes on and on.............

What is the solution? It all depends upon the owner. You can either keep spending good money on the bad house that can become heavy on your pocket or

You can sell the house hopefully with some leasons learned............
