Kools here, dead tired . Bappa has gone , we immersed him . Heart sad yet happy that pooja was success .Many people had come , all Indian contacts . Twins wore saris , necklaces and bindis and were moving around , pallus tucked in at the waist like big ladies . Son sang all the artis and hubby did pooja dressed in SOVLA. { silk red dhoti] .
Me , , i was constantly churning out prasads .The ukdiche modak were delicious , I made both , steamed modaks and fried modaks . Had made Puran too . Served the traditional Marathi menu to Bappa on banana leaf .
Twins cried when Bappa left . My heart is heavy too . Mother in law blessed on the phone , so did mother .

awww...girls in saris..what a sight that must've been...and what did mama wear...i am glad you had a very spiritually uplifting weekend...it feels good to connect with God every so often

So happy to know that you had a blast and a Nice celebration of Ganesh chathurthi.Me too had a nice weekend after that sad thursday.I enjoyed a lot with my roommates on Ganesh chathurthi,we went out to temple,had prasads,gone out for shopping.oh it was a great day,thanks to ganapathi Bappa.

I too dont want Ajit to die.He is one lifeline of PR for me as of now,Apart from sathish.And as you rightly said,other than damo,these two are the only archu's well wisheres.So I want all three of them to long live.
