Nice commentary, Kool. I'm happy you didn't stop the commentary.

It's pathetic how nothing holds significance in this show anymore. Rituals and festivals are done for temporary drama and nothing more. Even the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi episode is going to be a "special" one, meaning that leads from three different shows are going to come and dance. How phony is that? To add to it, I think Jeetendra is the guest of honor or something. He was on the sets:

And in some SBS/SBB clips it seemed like he was going to be on the show, because everyone looked serious and in character during one of the rituals. Oh so realistic, na? I understand that Dharmesh and Satish are rich, but they're not even that influential.

My first thought though when I saw that picture was "OMG, short sleeves for Archana?!?! It's a miracle!!" 😆 Also, how in the world is a mechanic/worker supposed to afford outfits like that? I miss the days when they would at least let things like that be realistic, like when Manav told Tarun he took out all of his savings just to take Archana on a date.

Looks like the story will continue to drag for a while. This Ganesh Chaturthi celebration will be shown on Sept 19, according to the TellyBuzz article. I applaud those of you who actually watch this show daily, I can't even watch it without fast forwarding most of it that too maybe once every two weeks.

Even I noticed the half sleeve ..She looks so pretty here ...

I think Archu is trying her best to say to Manav' please stop me ....don't let me do this ' ...

I know it is bad tha tJaywant will be let down and it is not fair to him or his family but perhaps for someone like Archan what would be absolutey horrible would be to marry someone ....have a relationship with him and be in love with someone else in her heart ..

everyone has their own point of view ..To me enagement is important but the real thing is marriage ....

My sister's engagemnt broke after 6 months ...last year my cousin's broke after 2 years ....it was supposed to be a love marriage ...

Better to break an engament than go in a marriage with the state of mind that she is in ...

I hope manav can see the pain and the agony he is causing her and puts a stop to this nonsense ...

He was the one who forced this marriage decision on her ....only he can tell her to stop it ...

And then him and her family should just leave her alone ..

She is the kind of person who will never forget Manav for even one minute and if she feels that she is being disloyal to jaywant ( if married to him ) then she is well capable of killing herself with guilt and ending her miserable life ....

Excellent commentary Kool. Totally agree with you. Once she has committed herself to a relationship Archu should respect it. If she had the guts she should have refused to get married. It is wrong on her part to behave so. She is obsessed with Manav. Where was this obsession in the initial days of her marriage.?why did she act like a dumb doll when her mother asked her to give away the mangalsutra.and walk outr of the D house ? Accroding to me any kind of obsession is bad.

I was shocked to read that she apologises to Manju.WHY SHOULD SHE? What has happened to Archu's back bone all of a sudden.Her acts of self assertion and bravery are just flashes in the pan. Why do the writers want to spoil such a character by writing nonsense and making her speak inanities.

I hav always felt that no body can take the place of the other in a family. A daughter will be a daughter and a d-i-l a d-i-l. At the end of the day what matters is that we all perform our duties well. Of course we need to do all this with love but that doesn't mean a mom- in -law can take a mother's place. ( there are exceptions of course to everything . I have a mausi who used to ill treat my nani and still does.)

We have got to be practical and stop believing that what we see in the movies is possible.

Dont you think the K's neighbours must be sick of attending the K sagais particularly Archu's over and over again?[B]Excellent commentary Kool. Totally agree with you.

Tanya I think there was a time Archana forgot her past and accepted her present, when she came back from her year away she was happy and started a new job then she saw Manav again and all those feelings came back to her, Suddenly Archana's past did became her present, her and Manav grew closer and now Archana is once again finding it difficult to let go. I don't think Archana would be so hurt had she not been forced and pressurized to marry someone else, she is being pushed to move forward with her life when she is not ready. No one is thinking of her happiness or allowing her to live life as she pleases, she has to do what makes everyone else happy, what makes everyone else move forward in life. I feel bad for her.

Me too Tulsey . after watching her today at her engagement .....it is very obvious that this girl cannot make a good wife to Jaywant or any other man except you know who ...

She will kill herslef with guilt one day ...She better not marry Jay ...for his good and for her own good ..

Unfortunately the only person who can stop this is Manav ...

Me too Tulsey ..

It is very wrong to force a 27 year old woman , just out of an intense relationship ( not really out at all ) to force her to get married to someone ...

Manav did a wrong thing. One day he is telling her ' I am lucky to be in love with you ' letting her believe that he too is totally in love with her ...and then suddenly dumping this ' rishta toot gaya .now go and marry this dude ' .

How wrong this is ...

This Archana is not the same Archan as before ...she loves manav more than she loves herself ..She can not forget him ....It's not possible for her any more and also the kind of person she si , she will die of guilt if she emotionaly cheats on Jay ..

After coming back their love has become stronger ....

Even manav said ' after Archu's getting back I a m finding it very difficult to get married ' ...for Archu it is even worse ..

I don't think this marriage between manav and Shravani will take place ...

Good old Bappa will come to rescue ....

Even today Vandu was sort of questioning th fairness of bappa ...

I think if the creatives show the Manav and Shraavni marriage taking place then it could be a very very risky thing to do .....

Why else are they putting people's hopes up ..They are constantly making us think that Bappa wiill do something ...

But Tulsey , I am glad manav was hurt today ..he could not even see salochna taking the ring off....what did Archu go through when she saw him do so much with Shravani .....

Kools, your commentatries are satire - meant for improvement of the serial while regaling us. It is silly if any one takes these serials seriously unless she/he is directly involved with the serial. So please continue with your hilarious commentaries.

Ohh..so didnt I miss the aashirwaad wala scene.Oh crap!!

loved it as usual.but what abt this nakhras.

From what I read in the WU n ur commentary,I hav no wish to catch any rerun.Neither tonites' epi.

nothing to comment other than tht Archu shudnt be forced this way.She isnt capable of bearing it.how can these people call them her loved ones?No one actually cares for her.
And I love Dharmu.no comments for manav.
