Really? Tell us more about your job. It sounds so interesting. Is this liquid that is used in refreigeration! Are you in the Department of BioChemistry?

I'm NMR spectroscopist ..... NMR stands for nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, used for structural elucidation of chemical molecule, same technology as MRI..... these are super conducting magnets that need liquid Helium and liquid Nitrogen to maintain their magnetic field and hence we need to fill instruments with cryogen periodiccally, but thats only one part of my job.... other than that I run experiments for students.....

Thanks Arien, that is so kind of you. My daughter is in her BSc program doing major in Clinical Psychology.

We lived in Toronto/Mississauga for over 20 years and moved to Calgary in 2005. I miss my hometown very very much.

Tanya, it rained last night and today it was quite sunny but not the greatest. I am glad that you guys had a great weather.

Tanya, this is my first serial , never liked watching these soaps, got hooked on to it basically coz my of my mom who was visitng me and coz it's based on mumbai..... I'm not going to watch any more of these silly shows thats for sure.....

2005 was good time to come then things got crazy in Alberta, we came in 2002 landed in Calgary went to Regina before finally coming to Edmonton in 2004.....

Arien, did you do your Masters in Organic Chemistry? I am so interested to know as my nephew is so good in Chemistry that he does not know what he wants to take. He is in grade 12 in North Carolina.

I am so glad that you did not stay in Sask. After visiting Edmonton so many times, we like Edt better than Calgary although it is more colder in Edt but they seem to have better summers and more greenery. By eldest BIL and his family lives in Edmonton.
