Hey there, a newbie here. I have been following this show for a long time now…but never have I been as emotionally involved as I am now. I guess it is because I think I am going to be seeing the separation of my favourite television couple. Oh ya…Ar-Jay wedding is surely happening. CV's have full plan to show the grey jackal jaywant falling in love with sweet angel archana with devdas minus alchol manav hovering in the background.
It is the only possibility I see now and yet I want CVs do a turn around and bring back the potential of a beautiful love story that manav and archana are meant to have….
Here is my personal take on how the story should move forward from yesterday's episode……
Manav is completely disoriented and walks directionless after hearing sulochana's request and to what it demands from him. He reaches the shores, slowly walks into the water…wades in deeper till he reaches waist deep. He fights out with every wave that strikes him shouting out all his frustration….(m not good with descriptions-basically he opens up his entire life). When he is finished speaking out he just stops fighting with the waves and the water takes over him.
After a while the waves wade manav back to the beach, where he is trying to breathe in life and also crying out the sorrows that his decisions have made to everyone's lives. He crumbles into the sand with the waves constantly hitting him.
It is past midnight, lights get switched on at the deshmukh's house. While everybody is fast asleep, drenched manav walks towards his room. He changes into dry clothes and sits on his bed…closes his eyes and hears archana calling out his name. When he opens he sees archana in all directions…she being in all the moments they have had been together. While manav is lost in this dream…a wailing sound comes from the other room…manav gets distracted and looks back to see archana is no more in the room.
He enters shravani's room…picks up Sachin, soothes him and hugs him close to his heart. He has finally made up his mind.
Next day, he asks archana to meet him. He tells archana that he wants her move on along with him so that he doesn't have the guilt in his heart that he left her with nothing but blankness in life. She protests…but manav says that it kills him everyday to see archana all alone and he will be in peace only if he sees her with someone. For manav's peace of mind, Archana agrees. She goes home and says yes to k family for jaywant's rishta.
The preparations are on at both d's and k's. Jaywant is shown preparing how he will use the golden goose that now is in his hand. Just two days before the wedding ajit gets to know the real intent of jaywant for marrying archana. He warns manav, who goes onto warn dharmesh. But dharmesh believeing that manav is speaking out of jealousy asks him not to meddle anymore in archana's life.
Manav is in a dilemma…ajit comes to rescue. He tells manav that there is still time for him to step back from his zimmedari as it is archana's life at stake. Manav says out…"par Sachin". Ajit tells him that Sachin will be better off in life without manav and shravani as parents. He says that he can say this with conviction because he too is a product of a loveless marriage. Inspite of his father being a much better man and his immense love for them, they didn't love him back because he didn't love their mother enough. Ajit tells that a family can be together when every bond is based on love; even if one link is weak it destroys every member of the family…both mentally and emotionally.
It is the night before the wedding, manav enters shravani's room. (don't like dramas in the mandap) He tells her frankly that he is living a life of unhappiness…today she's not feeling it but when his unhappiness will eat her happiness as well, she will regret loving him even for a second. They both living an unhappy life which will eventually destroy sachin's life. He apologises and leaves the room.
Next morning, girish ji comes and enquires to why manav has called him at such an early hour that too on the wedding day. Manav announces his decision. Girish ji is infuriated; he asks manav why he took two years to decide this….destroying his daughter's life forever. Manav explains that shravani's life will be much better without him (which is true!). Girish takes away Sachin and shravani saying that he wouldn't allow manav ever to succeed in life in any of his attempts whether in work or in love. Savita is just left begging on behalf of manav….
Its evening, archana and jaywant's engagement ceremony is going on. Manav breaks in and confesses his love to archana and tells jaywant's true intention in marrying her. Dharmesh interrupts and tells manav to leave the venue and cannot be expected to be treated with respect since he had already warned him. Security gets hold of manav but archana stops them. She directly faces manav and tells him that it was him who told her to move on and get married…she is doing it, she says to him that till now he has been writing her fate but no more. Its time she decides her fate, she tells him she is marrying jaywant and if anything wrong comes of it, she will have no one but herself to blame. She finally asks him to leave since she doesn't want manav to be disrespected by her family.
The next day, dharmesh hands out manav's suspension letter and tells him that nothing can bring him back now. Manav tries to talk to archana but she avoids him. Manav is now left with nothing….sachin, job, his aai's blessing and most importantly archana all gone from his hand.
Satish who is a big manav supporter comes in here….he helps manav to build money for starting a garage. Ajit too joins him. Manav starts afresh in his endeavour to win his life and archana back…and in this process he has many enemies….girish -who wants revenge for his daughter, dharmesh- who is not liking his partner satish growing involvent in manav's garage while ignoring their own business and most importantly jaywant who has lots of contacts to pull him down and also who is gradually falling in love with archana and sees manav as the biggest thorn in his ladder to both success and love.
In the meanwhile shravani joins her father's company. And there comes a deal where both shravani and archana have to fight it out. (I would any day prefer their corporate fights over domestic jhagda.)
Basically in the end, one wrong move by jaywant will make archana go back to now successful garage owner manav.
I am not much of a writer, but hope you got the gist to what I want to see in future. Basically I want to see manav to regret and win archana back with dignity. I want archana refuse him in the first instance and him to get hurt in the process because these two have really made a joke of their marriage. Strictly do not want Ar-jay or man-shrav wedding because then it will not be pavitra rishta. Hope you liked my take.
