I personally don't think Vinod will ever throw her out fo house when she has no where else to go and he will not throw out RA either.

He might walk out of the house himself with two kids and if pushed far enough probably legalize the seperaion but he would not throw her out or leave her without financial support. it' snot his nature and honestly no matter how much we despise her , we would admire such honourable traits in a man. we would not find the man weak for doing this. re archu, I did not vote for her yesterday in SOTD thread because the girl is a confirmed undeniable repeat offender. she is incurable and will never learn.

I think he should say something similar to Archana - you are MAHA bewakoof - you are a combo of my and Shravani's foolishness becasue you not only make new mistakes - you also make the same mistakes twice.

If Dharmesh does not sack her along with manav and prakash then this character loses credibility with me. Dharmesh was right in not allowing two weeks notice. Two weeks notice is only allowed when person quits voluntarily and needs to do knowledge transfer, when the person is leaving for medical leave or something where the person is leaving for personal reasons in a professional manner and in good faith.

Two weeks notice is not given for people who have are being fired (any good HR firm advices about this as their first thing - security, confidentiality, decorum and other reasons) with cause for unprofessional conduct, workplace disruptions, espionage or such other bad faith acts or disciplinary reasons as an employee. Depending on labour laws in a country, the in lieu pay for unperformed two weeks notice may or may not be paid. In Canada in lieu compensation pay is mandated by law, in India I believe it is left to corporate policy. Considering fight happened between manav and prakash and archu chose to quit, Dharmesh could typically consider waiving the two week notice period for archu.

I agree totally with your points of view, especially as KBC will be shown at the same time slot as PR but Manav and Archana getting back together this soon seems impossible.
