Tanya, Shravani sees Archana as a threat, she hates that Archana has such a hold on everyone in that household. Shravani refuses to see that Savita is only using her because of Sachin and greed. Savita still dreams of a life of luxury while Manav is content with what he has. Manav works hard to provide for his family which is why I am so disappointed in Dharmesh, like you said he could have given Manav time to find another job.

She used her smartness and courage today for a fair purpose and constructive purpose .This was long due for Manju . My only sadness is it did not have a public audience like manju's office or Vinod and his colleagues or a family gathering . Btw Archu charged less for Sulo's work . My moms cook takes 1200 rupees only for cooking per month . But Archu mentioned she was taking less .One more thing i liked was she admitted HER MISTAKE in the whole thing . That she was wrong to encourage her mom to come here and Varsha was always right about Manju . I am hundred percent sure COmmentary is being read as this was what we talked about constantly in this week .That Varsha vaishu were right , Sulo needs to wake up , Archu herself is at fault . Sulo's later dialogue of ATMA SAMMAN cliched it , we had talked of dignity too . Not just that , later Archu made a comment that if Manju doesnt change we have to change OUR RAVAIIYA towards Manju . <font color="#660000">My comments : Dharmu was RIGHT in firing Manav . Yesterday I read comments about how unfair and inhuman Dharmu was , He shud consider Vaishus feelings and ARchu was his saali this and that . I wish to respond to that .</font>

<font color="#660000">2] Although Archu is Vaishus sister , she is an employee of that company , he cannot deal with her on a sister in law relation with her there</font>

<font color="#660000">4] Manav had FULL OPTION to immediately walk to Dharmeshs cabin and complain verbally about Prakash and get action done .He Didnt .He banged Prakashs head on a wall till it bled . It is serious offence , like it or not .Im amazed Praksh didnt do a police complaint against him . Coz if blood comes , Indian Police accept a complaint , its the law .</font>

<font color="#660000">5] Manav shud have taken the fight outside company premises if he wanted to respond personally as Archus husband to the man .Within Company u MUST follow rules .</font>

She really is ok with Manavs family , she is not at all hoity toity till this point . Its refreshing . Her only animosity is with Archna as a souten . That makes her character CREDIBLE not TYPICAL . Keep it up CVS .</font>

Hope CVs think of a track where Manju is driven out of the house by Vinod.SHe will hav no place to go.!!!! coz her mommy dear too is on the streets. They cud show these two evil women staying separately in a house and suffering. That would be a good tit for tat.

Why should the K family lose their house and move in with Vinod. Dont they hav a back bone?.What about Archu? She is earning.So she can support them. They shudnt show such mindless tracks anymore. Even if they were to fall on such bad times Varshu and Vaishu should be shown helping
them.Nothing wrong in showing a daughter helping her parents post marriage. It would be a good trend setter.

I agree with u on the notice part ........notice of at least some days shud be given . But that said ..........Dharmu is correct in etiquette . His reaction was not kneejerk , he was thinking about this from many days . Manav was way out of line . On what basis can he keep Manav after firing Prakash ? The Union will be after his goat and demand re installation of Prakash . . ARMAN brought this on themselves .

KS, I dont disagree with you that Archana & Manav brought every misery in their lives all by themselves - with a lot of help from 'well meaning' relatives and frenemies. They have very little sympathy from me w.r.t that - however, I want them to get married because its clear its a codependent relationship that they are in and both will only be happy with each other. Period. Everyone else in their life in a romantic role is wasting their energies with them.

I am more interested in Dharmesh's actions today. It just sounds very curious. Lets take facts :
1. Your wife's sister and her ex hub are both your employees and you dont expect drama? Lets say he didnt know this when Archana was hired. he knew of it after - so why didnt he relocate her immediately?

2. When the first scuffle happened, as the owner of the company, Dharmesh should have investigated the roots or as a smart guy, put two and two together in the light of all the lectures of this so called pavitra rishta - even then it was not too late.

3. When the scuffle that broke the camel's back happened, Manav was reacting as Archana's husband - granted. However, the fact is - Dharmesh knew Manav and Archana still loved each other and obviously, if someone verbally insinuated a lot of rubbish abt Vaishali - I am sure Dharmesh would retaliate - immediately. Again, I am not condoning violence but what Prakash said to Manav was no less than him slapping him several times.

4. I agree what happened after that was not Dharmesh's fault. Manav kind of brought it on by engaging rough play with a ruffian. However, Manav was still his employee and nearly killed. If you dont show compassion when a man nearly died - what does that say about you as a person and when you are such a heartless person, how do you expect loyalty from the rest of the workers in your small business??

5. KS, the point is not about Manav at all - this act shows Dharmesh's character. If indeed he took a lot of time as you say, he should have consulted with legal counsel before taking any action. All small businesses do. I speak from experience coz I own one with my sister. In addition, again - firing people is not at all simple in both Indian and American legal system. Everyone who is on the list should be offered a plan to improve their status - a second chance, if you will.

My objection is in how everything is handled so lightly by the creatives. Balaji itself is an organisation - is this how they hire and fire people??

Nicki is right . Even I want the focus to go on manav now . The problem is that the day manav turns into a hero all the problem of the show will be solved .
