Kool I was on strike because Ankita refused to discuss her personal life with ANYONE (even me, her great defender)😡😉😆 but after reading your commentary, i had to comment. Archana, Manju and Rasika scene was damn hilarious. I could not ask for a better description. Just quoting my favourites.

(Whats this NATAK NOW .........Manju asked uneasily and aptly .{ I cudnt help agreeing with Manju , the action was rather melodramatic 😆😆😆 }🤣🤣

My comments : Dharmu was RIGHT in firing Manav . Yesterday I read comments about how unfair and inhuman Dharmu was , He shud consider Vaishus feelings and ARchu was his saali this and that . I wish to respond to that .👏👏👏

Kools great commentary, I am laughing so much. I have a feeling Archana fans will come crashing down to earth soon😭😭😭 This sudden bravado attitude cannot last for long😆😆😆

They showed in UMT,Archu is going to use her new-found smartness to turn Dharmu into a more human character.Manav is getting his job back n dharmu is apologising to him.

GM , I like Dharmu as he is .I dont want him to be 'humanized' by Archu at all .He was fair and correct yaar .

Archu is turning his factory into her love story natak mandali . And expecting him to mould to suit her tastes .No yaar .

Listen to anyone Dharmu except Archu who has NO head for finances or professionalism .

Nice - looks like Archana's confronted one more ghost from her past and is in the way of setting her right. Agree about Sulochana..if Archana hadnt overheard Manju gloating, would Sulochana have taken all the abuse from Manju...I guess both mother and daughter are suckers for idiots like Manju. In addition, I suspect both have this irresistible urge (so far) to make EVERYONE like them hence bend backwards for those that dont. Hopefully Vinod will take a cue from his sister and tighten Manju's screws nicely.

I am not so convinced about Dharmesh's move. First of all, legally, they cant sack Manav for retaliating to an insult and a very graphic one. Furthermore, when it comes to adhering to company or workplace policies, I am sure it is not in his company's best interest that he has hired an ex wife and hub as boss and employee. Once you have done that, you have left the field open for a lot of this stuff. Any good lawyer for Manav can agrue that he had enough motivation - especially when Prakash made a lewd suggestion about Archana which can suggest motive to hurt her. I think the smartest move on Dharmesh's part would have been to warn both and move them to different units/locations with a warning that a second strike will lead to termination in the presence of a lawyer....I dont understand why they dont do ANY research as to how organisations are run before coming up with this inane stuff all the time. On a personal note, Dharmesh is treading on very thin ice with his wife...but I guess their relationship is strong and can withstand that. Dharmesh doesnt seem like a shrewd businessman at all, comes off as a guy prone to kneejerk reactions.

Taran .........Prakash had verbally passed sleazy comments on Archu . . Manav is NOT archus husband anymore to take it this personally . . Also , A verbal commemt desrves a verbal warning , action .Appropriate measures wud be turning his heel , walking to Dharmu and telling about it . Which Manav most emphatially didnt . . Did u see the scene where he hit Prakash ? He went on beating his head to the wall till he bled .Had he been not stopped , Prakash wud have easily died or become a vegetable . . Legally , Praksh had not lifted a finger on manav to get this kind of assault .It was not self defence but aggression on Manavs part . . Earlier Manav had held his collar when he had passed a comment . That time DHARMESH had clearly asked Manav what the problem was but Manav dID NOT TELL HIM .Any justification for this ? Archu is Dharmeshs employee cum sister in law , he wud have taken sTRICT acion against Prakash . . Later This matter went far . Outside Prakash pulled a kind of hit on Manav .But see his legal knowledge ....he did it OUTSIDE his companys premises . . So he was fired for spreading rumors about his superiors character and spoiling work atmosphere . . The comments Prakash did when Manav flared up did not indicate any rape intentions or anything .He was being sleazily crass . She is hot , we will all have a turn , Ill go out on dates with her . . The thing is , before NOT showing recognition to each other in front of workers and later suddenly becoming intimate in front of them bombarded on ARMAN reputation .they INVITED IT . . I agree with u on the notice part ........notice of at least some days shud be given . But that said ..........Dharmu is correct in etiquette . His reaction was not kneejerk , he was thinking about this from many days . Manav was way out of line . On what basis can he keep Manav after firing Prakash ? The Union will be after his goat and demand re installation of Prakash . . ARMAN brought this on themselves .

Fab commentary Kool. Finally Archana did something right and it was a welcome change. Sadly, thus far in this show whenever anyone does something like that to stand up to Manjusha or Rasika, they get bitten back 10 times worse. We aleady know the Ks will lose their home soon, wonder if anything more is in store.

So apparently Archana is going to take Dharmesh to Manav's chawl, pretty much as blackmail to get him to give the job back. She's taking her duty as a bhakt seriously, won't give up until bhagwanji gets the job back.

It's going to be nice seeing Manjusha get a slap tomorrow. Even though I am totally against any type of violence, this woman seriously deserves one.

Archana is only now realizing that by keeping quiet nothing gets resolved, she told her father if someone does something wrong then they should be told before they make the same mistake again. Gone are the days when Archana used to silently take the abuse, now she is fighting back and not letting anyone take advantage over her anymore. I'm proud of her!!

In dharmesh's company Manav & prakash came with their work merits , but the Archana on the basis of relationship with zero experience. first she fussed about Ajit 's bonus & now Manav's job.with her lack of experience & meddling , how long can she survive in her job.

Totally agreed .Who is she to humanize Dharmesh , she cud do with some PROFESSIONALIZING BY DHARMESH instead . She is doing all nonsense in her company and SUCKS at her job .

Hey Kool, sorry for coming here so late . My niece was here , I first gave her cooking lesson and then cross stitch lesson ....

Now I have some time so here is my input to your commentry for today ....

I loved the way you described the fight between Archana and manjusha . It was really something else . Ankita did a great job ....she was so fired up ...

The thing I liked best about her today was calling herself bewakoof ...about time she did it ..

Better late than never ....Now I seriously hope that she will never let anyone take her for a ride ...however I know that she will only make exceptions to this rule for two people only ....Manav and savita . She said today ...badkismat are those who do not value their loved ones ....Isn't that exactly what Manav and Savita are doing ....

Anyway, Manjusha is a witch , a horrid woman and she deserved all that she got today ..Preca is awesome , I knew Vinod will not dsappoint me ...

That stretching of hand to ask for salary was melodrama at it's best ..This is what makes the show no. 1 , the ideal daughter sorting out the evil bahu .....TRPs going sky high .....

I hope that Salochna and Archana will listen more to varsha and Vishali in future .....

OK now that the nice part is out of the way , I will say the stuff for which you will throw old shoes at me ....and I will gladly take them as I know I am at wrong ...but what to do .....I have to be honest to you here ..

The emotional sucker that I am , will not be looking at the professional ethics tomorrow and will be delighted when Archana will get Manav his job and his pride back .....

I am angry at the Manav for the way he has treated her ...but my heart goes out to him these days because he is just going downhill so fast ....

He used to like working here ...even had a couple of friends , making money doing what he likes to do ....

Work satisfaction is important for a man ...I want Manav to get that satisfaction again ...

I really hope wat your predicted comes true and Manav does some outstanding job thisday and gets this job back on his own merit and not because Archana manipulated her brother in law ....

yes Shrvani is a sweet daughter in law at home but I would like to see her be more concerned about her child . While savita , manav and Damodar discuss a bad health condition for her son she just stands there . She should call her dad , get a car and take the boy to the best specialist in town ...It is her child's health and nothing can be more important than that for her ...Not Manav's ego or his nakhras or her love for him to make him happy or whatever ......

She knows there is a financial crisis at home and the baby is not well....so no need to look at anyone ..where your child's health is concerned...you put everything else away .

If Manav objects .......tell him to Shut Up .I somehow don't think he will object to this as he too loves Sachu very much ....

Shravani is otherwise a nice person and is good to everyone . You are right , her problem is only Archana . That is obviously there because she gets no love from Manav at all and sees him so unhappy without Archana so I guess that is why she hates her ....

Insecurity in a relationship only raises it's head if something is seriously wrong in the relationship ....

Tomorrow Archu is going to go all wrong again by bringing Dharmesh to Manav's home ....uff how dramatic . I do wish the CVs would follow your advise and let manav come back to his job on his own merits .....
