Hey Hemu . Am making sambhar tomorrow.With radishes , tomatoes and eggplants thrown in .son likes eggplant , twins l;ove radishes I like both , Hubby likes NONE .So chutney for him .

i can also make radish samber but dont use eggplants....but my all time fav is drumstick😃

most are from south

then gauri is from bhubaneshwar

Kools and I are from Goa and bombay
