Why is it that in most of these Indian serials the heroes have two or even more wives. Some of them e.g Kasam se, Saath Phere, Do saheliyaan, Pavitra Rishta, Agle Janam and the list goes on.
Does this happen in India?
Is that the reason why it is shown as such in these serials.
