i think this is all shravani's plan. she is going to try act like she is the good one adn behind scenes will blackmail Manav and Archana not to marry each other or she will kill the baby or something like that. This way Archana and Manav can look bad by refusing to marry each other and Shravani can gain some popularity with Savita, Kaka, baba and everyone else. Kinda like she is the good one after all. So basically Manav and Archana lie so that the baby can be saved. I can't think of any other explanation for this....... It would be interested if this is what we find out when the twist comes out.
