I don't know but there may be two reasons:

Vaishu falls for him because of his personality and goodness, not looks per se. Now THAT would be a novel concept in Indian dramas!

Or perhaps she feels indebted to him for helping Manav and marries him or he blackmails her into marrying him. Can't see these things happening but it's too early as yet.
