Varsha You are a Darling .Muvaaa to u for humoring my wish about stuffed karelas This thread is better than any cook book as so many fine tips r also given ............ Am gonna male mung dal karhi too . I am making Alooo Patra leaves vegetable curry today , Maharashtrian Brahmin style [ we make it on Ganpati or festive occasions] ..Patra leaves can be used to male Alu Vadi but rounded Patra leaves r used as Bhaji we call it Aaluchi patal bhahi or Alvacha fatfata . Tulsey and All Ur recipes r super too .Patra Vegetable leaves r found in Indian stores like Patel Brothers but get over very fast as people pick them up .They are called as Taro Leaves in English .

Varsha, I just made the pasta salad with baby tomatoes, cucumber , red onions and red peppers and the original home made dressing....tastes beautiful and so easy to make.
I will update that as it turned out really easy and delicious.
BTW , I went and got the ingredients for the kerela recipe....it is next in line on Thursday. Will let you know.

Wow Tulsey can't wait to see your salad recipe...I made salad today using 6 different types of beans, cucumber, red-white onions, tomatoes and roasted peanuts...
Good luck with Karela sabji knowing you it will come out excellent...😃
