Today's episode was great! I am glad Archana went with Savita and not with Manav, it only further proves that Archana is accepting the fact her marriage to Manav is coming to an end and isn't pursuing him like Shravani thinks she is.

Thts the reason I say this serial is regressive .A woman is only a tool to be a man's aide ..........Shakkar philosophy . No woman is an individual in her own right .

Varsha has married Satish not to give him happiness but to give her mom and dad happiness , Manohar fell in love with Manav after his 3 lacs problem was solved ........initially inspite of Manav saving him from suicide , he had cast doubts on Manavs character , Savita STILL wants Shravni as bahu only coz she wants Sachins nishaani and does not hesitate to sacrifice her living sons Life for it , Manav is throwing Archu away inspite of knowing she was innocent after all only to please HIS Family and is not giving a thought as to HOw Archu will live after the divorce considering how devotedly she is in love with him .

@tarantulla: you are very right in your way. Firstly sv going US is best solution. Best of all. But unfortunately creatives are not using it as a solution. They have created a situation where only 2 things can happen . One is divorce or other is abortion. And abortion at this point of time will be HIGHLY risky for both mother and baby and if anything happens to any of two the only and only person responsible will be MANAV. I agree with you that his commitment for archu is bigger. But here comes his inferiority complex where he feels he cant go against girish who is superior to him. And this is what he indicated today that my hands are tied up. Plus you got to agree that archu also did some mistake. Jab mann kiya chhor diya aur jab mann kiya achanak wapas a gayi . She was no where in picture and then suddenly comes into picture and back into his life and then he had to chose one commitment and of course at time he believed that She is wrong and was in grief and anger of lost of his brother as he tried to get her back for 2 months but in vain. REGARDING HOW IS SHE HELPING HIM. Well even small things help. The care the love you show helps. Even if in your bad times some one puts your hand on your arms you feel nice. And archana is his strength. He told too that even if she doesnt do anything but hungr around him gives him immense strength and happiness.

True, it was a mutual decision but any person who respects himself and his spouse would wait until the divorce is finalised before he flings himself headlong into a new relationship and will not flaunt the new one in front of his wife who still loves him.

I see Ali's point .I agree too . I really dont want Manav to dump Shravni ruthlessly NOW of all the times , I wud lose respect for him totally . At least carry this commitment forward faithfully is my wish as a viewer . If he is doing somersaults on each commitment , it wont look good at all . Shravni took a big decision to carry her pregnancy to term based on a promise he gave to her . All those questions that Shravni cud have gone to the US , that she cud have doe this and that r now pointless . The point NOW is She is heavily pregnant and depending totally on Manav and him backing out wont do anyone good . Very Sad situation .

True..Shravani is dependent on Manav. Hence they will make her into a crazy psycho who will harm Archana or the kid and therefore be eliminated from the picture - making it convenient for Manav. He wouldnt need to actually take a stance.

The big deal about shravani's selfishness is, in being selfish,she's been shown as an irresponsible wud-be-mother,insensitive and abusive woman.

Apart from savita and manav's case,the rest of the people arent exactly insensitive,infact they have been shown to be grateful.

Savita selfishness is still a big deal...apart from shravani's.

Manav's selfishness is at an unconscious level,where he's expecting too much from his wife....he hasnt exactly planned to let her suffer....if he could do anything to prevent her from suffering he would,he's doing it in his own way......problem is he hasnt yet been able to find a way to keep all happy....his selfishness stems out of his incapability to keep all happy at the same time rather than his own thinking to be so.

For sure , if he says no to divorce then Shravani will give him a lot of trouble and so will her dad .It is his fault , this whole mess ....I think just as much as saavita's ....

Manav had to take decision to save Shravani's child and it could not have waited till the divorce. The pregnancy would have advanced to a point when it would not be possible to terminate it. Its not a new relationship for Manav, it's a compromise he made to repent for his brothers mistake. He took a moral responsibility by agreeing to marry Shravani. And wouldn't it be an unfair thing to say 'I'll marry you if I get divorced" and what if he doesn't get divorced then Shravani would be left in doldrums? Where I find Manav wrong was with his decision to let engagement happen and his constant denial of having feeling for Archu in front of Shravani.

Is marrying Shravani the only way to save her child? How is him not marrying her leaving in doldrums. If she cannot handle being a single mom, she should give up the child in adoption. Anyway, all this is moot. He did the drama, he nearly married Shravani too with the sindoor thing, so he is tied to her for sure. Very very twisted.
