Why will Shravani go to jail

When Archana comes to Manav's house and refuses to go and let's them in on Rasika's plan,Manav let's her stay and tells his aai that If they don't they will go to jail including Shravani.
My question is why will Shravani go to jail if Archana is thrown out of the house. She's not Manav's wife nor does she own the house, for all intent and purposes she's just a guest.

I don't know how the legal system work. Can someone please explain

Anything and everything is possible, i believe this show is much way better than her K serials.
