Yeah, I totally agree. I read that article too. Guess we're all jumping ahead of ourselves, cuz just the thought of a third breaks our hearts....lol. Sometimes I have to mentally pull my mind of out the dumps and remind myself that its just a show. lol

Hey Niki, that was a great review. It made me re-think my dislike for the current storyline. I was really upset over no honeymoon, but i guess the story is going back to its original concept. I am looking forward to watch them secretly help each other and miss each other =)

But, like many have said a love triangle is a NO! Honestly, maybe a scene of jealousy as manav talks to his bosses daughter or archu talks to satish -- but no full blown track. I will nto be able to stand that.

Other than that, I felt so bad for manav, as he cried looking at archu. I love manav -- and someone needs to give him justice, he hasnt done anything wrong till date yet he suffers the most =(

Basically i love this show, even when i hate it--er!

@sidra: I absolutely understand what u r saying... we've all bcum very involved with the show to leave it now. Its as if, we are following the fairy tale story of ArMan. Except that the fairy tale is over and now they are in the harsh, bad world, separated. Sad!!

nikitagmc, awesome post! Your post does give me hope with this storyline. Every couple goes through trouble but I guess I was too caught up in the fairy tale that I didn't want to see the drama, especially like this. It is just frustrating to see that the trust was broken so easily between Manav and Archana, that too by someone who doesn't have the best track record.

@bollywoodcrazed: The storyline I assume has always been the same, but I'm happy that old fans are returning now. I was half afraid everyone would boycott the serial. Come on, PR will rock as always.
And yeah, its strange that Archana could believe Ajit, but as I said, Ajit' plans were foolproof, and Archana does not seem to be in the best of brains as of now. Once her rona dhona subsides, she'll think abt Manav and his past behaviour to her, hopefully.

I found your post very interesting and well written while I agree with you. I still can't hate the show for betraying us viewers just as the story was progressing they messed it up and not even a good twist a stupid story. I know that the couple are supose to be strong and fight the bad time they are going through. I too am mad that manav lied to her if he came clean this wouldn't have happenend

I really agree with you! We need to think positively, rather than looking at the negatives!

I admit, whenever I think of the upcoming track my mind jumps to scenes from previous Balaji shows which started off good but became insanely ridiculous. Then I remind myself that this is just a show, so we shouldn't get so bogged down by it.
A lot of the points that you made, I have made earlier myself. Such as the fact that this show is about Archana and Manav becoming separated. I think that people are just upset because of the shock value. Its too "upra upri", it came too fast. The days that we were expecting to see beautiful honeymoon scenes have been filled in with lots of dard and dukh. Its just too much, too fast.
I also agree with you about Archana's character as well as her family. They seem to be really pessimistic, one wrong thing and they are set off. Archana seems like she back in her bechari mode, where she feels that nobody will ever love or understand her. It all fits though, Sulochana is hot-tempered, Archana is rather gullible, and somewhere deep down they both think that Archana doesn't have happiness in her fate and jump onto chances of proving that right.
I think that if they handle the storyline tightly, then it will all be okay. We were all so upset after the bidaai didn't happen, but then we saw that the 2-3 weeks after that were some of the most beautiful and poignant moments of the show.
There is no reason to be upset over the new character. The actress herself has stated that she is opposite Sachin and that in the end she is no more than a friend for Manav. We have to remember that this is about a pavitra rishta, so there really isn't a question of Manav losing his love for Archana. I totally agree with everything you said on that topic, especially that this is the moral of the story, that if your love is pure you never have to lose it from your side.
One thing I really hope for though is that they end this show at the right time. Once the moral of the story is shown and followed with someone nice ArMan moments, then the story is really over. I think that would make it legendary in the Balaji world, where shows are continued until they are so stale that they are pulled off air. If they end on a positive note, leaving the viewers with a good feeling and happy, timely ending, then this show would be legendary.
We need to keep faith, and hope for the best. I really liked your post though, it was a very good analysis.
😊

I don't think ArMan's seperation will affect the show, not if it is done correctly. It's ok to have drama for ArMan but if it drags on or continually happens then the ratings will be affected, that and a leap. So far, I've enjoyed the pace PR has been going at. I agree with you toothbrush13, I was worried about ArMan's seperation after their wedding but that fortunately didn't last long and I am hoping for the same outcome this time as well.
We already know Manav will find a friend in Shravani, I am hoping that she is not the only one whose on his side. Kaka can't turn his back on Manav and believe what he's hearing, nor can Vandu I am hoping that they can work together and clear whatever misunderstandings have happened. I am wondering how Archana will realize the wrong that was done to Manav, will she overhear something? Will Varsha become more suspicious of Manju and her family? Or will Archana give Manav a chance and hear him out?
