I honestly didn't get this BS either. First of all, HS' family did NOTHING to Babita. It's always been in the Khuranas whether Babita was living in their house or not. Even when she left them, they didn't leave her alone and found a way to make her life miserable. Even POST MARRIAGE, they found a way to screw around with her.

What did HS' family do to her? NOTHING cuz they're all DEAD. HS is the only remaining survivor of the Singh family and when his mother died, he was a KID. Still, he learnt from his mistakes and has been continuously trying to make up for it. Not ONCE has he ever hit Babita. Has he been rude to her? Hell yes, but so has Babita to him. Still, they found a way to get past that and accept the LOVE they have for each other because at the end of the day THAT'S WHAT MATTERS.
