I'd agree, we as audience know about the photography fiasco, Babita and Hanuman will know about it at the same time and as Sheen said, it'll only devastate her confidence in her motherhood. I'm sure HS will make her realise that it wasn't her fault but that of her situation.

I cannot blame Babita for the photography thing. It was Mini's call alone to not reveal it.

I agree. Babita doesn’t know about the photography fiasco. In fact, when Minni told her she told mini to try again for it. It was Minni’s choice to lie (to support her mother), nonetheless it was Minni’s choice. Had Babita known, she would have encouraged Mini to take up the course or maybe in that case she wouldn’t have said no to Alimony. Also, Babita can not be blamed for every little thing that goes around in Mini and her life. She isn’t perfect but who is. She will for sure be devastated that when she finds out what Minni did.

Babita may not be as great a mother as you think mothers should be... but she's not a bad mother... she raised a great girl... The circumstances were such that Minnie decided to not run after own career but instead help her mother stand up on her feet...

I get it that Babita has ego issues and those will be sorted when the time comes, give her time... but can we please mellow down the negativity and blaming... like seriously! At least not everything was her fault...

Minnie decision to not pursue her dream and Ashok deciding to cheat on Babita was definitely NOT Babita's doing... or her ego.

not blaming babita directly for mini not taking admission in her photography course. But dint babita know that she had applied for it. So dint she know that if she got admission they will be needing money for it. Then why did she ask mini to return the jewellery to biji and ask her forgiveness. It was her own jewellery (not someones given alimony) on which mini had a right that she decided to return it. leave babita dint dadu biji know that mini had applied for it or even for admission in any college she will be needing money. but still they asked mini to give the amount of her deposit to them. All these adults put together have failed mini in realizing what she needed. Mini dint really have an option because they had no money at that stage with them & she dint tell babita because she will feel bad. I dont even want to talk about ashok who actually wanted to do away with the alimony money not even bothering how mini- his daughter would survive .

Babita realised that she needs to work for mini & herself after she learnt that mini sold her scooty. where as in general parents pre-empt needs of their children. Look at hanuman mini just said she dosent have a better camera than her phone & that she was very interested in photography and he got her one the next day. But babita has been like that she needs to be told or presented with the fact that the opposite person needs something. be it minis depression phase or now hanuman had to tell her that he was human and was hurt by her behavior.

And yes mini was not serious about her admission in college & was more bothered about getting shoes. But this is how she has become with the need of mothering her own mother all the time. Like mickey said she never thinks of herself without putting babita over her. She will have to learn to think of herself. that will be her growth but it will be also babitas growth to become strong enough that her daughter dosent have to keep mothering her.

i remember also there was a discussion about doing an online course between them to which mini replied that it was very costly. Now that babia has the money someone needs to bring it up

even if mini had revealed it to babita they had no money at that stage after babita asked mini to return the jewellery to biji. she would anyway had not been able to join and babita would only feel bad. the issue is not hiding things but the main issue was money at that time which they dint have

I don't remember the chronology now, that it was Mini choosing not to reveal to her about the course first or the jewellery return first.

Either ways, at that time, if I felt that someone's walking upon my respect, I won't compromise it. Not that jewellery bhechke they would've afforded the fees anyways.

Did you read my post properly? I just stated what they have already shown in the episodes and they might close that loophole in the future. I talked about facts and not my personal opinion. It will be nice to first read and then attack other members. If you don't like what I wrote, why not ignore? Why fight?

You know, I was just linking what HS said on the phone to what we saw in the on-location video. He is not realizing her complexities now. He had realized that ages ago but is now seeing specific examples as he gets to know her better.

I don't know why you think I feel it's a negative thing for Babita to be complex. I said no such thing. Each person is different, there's no question of wrong or right personality.

Neither is it a good or bad thing if HS is scared or isn't. That's his personality. I wanted to point out that unlike Ashok he is not the type to run away, back off, or refuse to face challenges / support her in difficult situations. That was something Babita was worried about, but he reassured her that they would solve puzzles together. He has other aspects to his personality we will see later, as will Babita. Every character on this show has flaws.

I understand that you do not agree with some of the criticism of Babita on the forum but I have done no such thing on this thread, and I am disappointed and frankly hurt by what you've written to me without trying to understand my post.

Guys guys I think we need to be a little patient here.

The thing is, Babita has been criticized so harshly that those who feel for her/understand her are now extremely sensitized.

I'm sure no one here thinks bad of others or wants to hurt anybody.
