well basically the reason is that she wants the property....anyway possible even if that means killing every person taht even wants it the own selves or are just u noe are supposed to get the property

I think it is more to get back at every member of the family as she was taken away from her mother by her dad. She wants to destroy them all for that reason. I don't think she is interested in just the money. She has it now too. She runs the business too and can use the money as and how she wants. No one questions her about it. I think it is more than just money.
