She's not against Radha per-say

Swapnil destroyed her family got money, so she's getting revenge for that from the Nerulkar's. Swap's in jail, and she thought Sandeep was dead. The only person left was Shlok, and she didn't want him to be happy by getting married to Radha

Sos he's trying to stop the wedding at all cost

Well when we all thought Swap was dead, he was actually alive, and he married a girl, Urvashi, and took all her money and destroyed her family

She now she got Swap put away in Jail, and plans to destroy his family, like he did hers
