@Naya_31's theory is what makes the most sense.

Also, Taiji had few weeks back gotten in touch w a police officer to enquire about the many attacks on Pari's life.

And we know Rakesh was her stalker and is still obsessed with her... so Taiji might recieve a call from them about Rakesh having had or faked a heart attack after Niti's visit (in which case, it won't take much time for Pammy to put 2 and 2 together).

I agree with everything except Rajeev believing Pari left him for Rakesh. I don't think he'll believe that. He has seen how much Pari hates Rakesh. However, he would believe that Pari left him for Neeti. He knows how ridiculous Pari behaves when it comes to Neeti.

She was not going to deceive Neeti. She expected everything to be alright once she leaves the place. Neeti wouldn't have to know the truth and RajNeeti could live happily (acc. to Pari). And she was leaving too. But Neeti's miscarriage happened and she went and became their surrogate in guilt (stupid move) and things got more complicated.
