too laid back??? That is not right... if they perceive you as reserved then its ok, but not laid back

Oh well, what to do.

Like I said, been 6 months so was trying to establish some form of mutual ground and all with others. But I don't understand how they all operate or what's going through their mind.

as far as perceiving me laid back, oh well. I only like to show my mettle at right time

So i have decided no more. If they don't want to get to know me, their loss 😛 read my signature 😎

Jay you need to be more proactive and atleast show off that you are working. Its not what you do what you show is imp initially along with doing work

i am doing my work to best of my abilities. I don't like nor care to show it. There are enough people who know i am doing my work and reach out to me when needed !
